If you're staying here soon, we had difficulty finding the property because the property next door is under renovation and the sign for Casa Kallergi is covered with their construction cloth. That's the only negative I can think of!

The location is superb. You are right on one of the quaint streets - one street away from the harbor. It was quiet yet very close to lots of activity. The staff are helpful and friendly. We were able to check in early which was helpful for us. The room is clean and nice. The little balcony was a bonus. We ate our breakfast pastries there. There is parking right down the street. We were able to find parking there easily, but I can see it might be a challenge in the summer. Chania is a beautiful little town that is very enjoyable.

Parking close by wasn't always easy, but not surprising as we had to park outside the old city. Nothing that the accommodation can do about that

Excellent location within the walls of the old city, but not too busy or noisy. The apartment was well fitted out with quality fittings and a very comfortable stay. We would be happy to stay here again if we return to Chania

It would have been great to have a lift as we have a little baby, but none of the properties in the old town have lifts!

Everything was lovely and clean, great size and the bathroom was very modern. Charming location, in the heart of Chania, right next to shops, restaurants ect, but the room was nice and quiet. The information book in the room had great tips on where to visit and eat.

My family made a last minute booking and Ariadne and her family and staff were all more than accommodating. The suite was so comfortable and in such a wonderful location. I wish we could have stayed longer. I would definitely stay there again.

The nearby free public parking lot can be full during high touristic season, we had difficulty finding a parking space in the whole town. Also no lift but as with most buildings in the old town.

Check-in was remote an not really easy as we have to call the owner to explain us details. I would prefer to receive a clear instruction / guide before arrival. Besides that everything else was perfect.

Very luxurious, comfortable Venetian apartment. Loved the steam facility in the shower and breakfast on the sunny balcony. Ideally located right by the beautiful Chania harbour. Ariadne was a wonderful hostess. We have stayed a few times at Casa Kallergi and look forward to returning!

Nothing, really enjoyed my stay there!

Truly a gem. Great room with balcony on the second floor of a tastefully renovated old building. Perfect location to explore the old town. Quaint pedestrian narrow road, lined by very nice cafés, restaurants and shops. 5 minute walk from free parking at the harbor. You can see the sea at the end of the street, from the balcony. Very, very clean. Very nice decor. Great bed. Just be aware you have to go up 2 flights of stairs.

Only thing was a lot of stairs to cart your bags.Was good excercise so i didnt mind but elderly travelers would struggle

It was a very spacious room with separate kitchen and great position in a quiet street.Had many great restaurants in the same street but wasnt noisy due to the double glazed windows.Great value for money.Would definitely stay again.In fact we tried to extend our stay but was booked out.
