Read more– opens a dialog boxEach review score is between 1–10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We're currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate "subscores" in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money, and free Wifi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.
These guidelines and standards aim to keep the content on Booking.com relevant and family-friendly, without limiting expression or strong opinions. They're also applicable regardless of the comment's tone.
Contributions should be travel related. The most helpful contributions are detailed and help others make better decisions. Please don’t include personal, political, ethical, or religious commentary. Promotional content will be removed and issues concerning Booking.com’s services should be routed to our Customer Service or Accommodation Service teams.
Contributions should be appropriate for a global audience. Please avoid using profanity or attempts to approximate profanity with creative spelling, in any language. Comments and media that include hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, sexually explicit remarks, violence, or the promotion of illegal activity are not permitted.
All content should be genuine and unique to the guest. Reviews are most valuable when they are original and unbiased. Your contribution should be yours. Booking.com property partners should not post on behalf of guests or offer incentives in exchange for reviews. Attempts to bring down the rating of a competitor by submitting a negative review will not be tolerated.
Respect the privacy of others. Booking.com will make an effort to obscure email addresses, telephone numbers, website addresses, social media accounts, and other similar details.
The opinions expressed in contributions are those of Booking.com customers and properties, and not of Booking.com. By default, reviews are sorted based on the date of the review and on additional criteria to display the most relevant reviews, including but not limited to: your language, reviews with text, and non-anonymous reviews. Additional sorting options might be available (by type of traveler, by score, etc...).

United KingdomThe hotel service. They missed the room water every day and we had to ask every time. The lift to the room was not working a few times. The buffet food wasn't great for the price.
We like the room, the view, the number of pools, and the private beach. The bath in the room was great.

United States of AmericaNo privacy in the room. Our child had to sleep in the same room on the couch where we had expected to have a divider or a seperate room to have some privacy, as it was shown on the pictures. Sleeping on the couch means you cannot use the lounge area anymore at all. Also, the bathroom doesn't have much of privacy as it is closed by a glass door. The hot tub on the balcony was leaking the entire week and left a lot of water on the deck which made it very slippery. This was never fixed. Not really the five star experience we were expecting
The staff were super friendly and helpful. Also, the food was good and sometimes great

United KingdomWhen we arrived late at night we were given a awful room situated at the furthest point of the hotel which didn’t feel safe. There was lots of rubbish left outside this room & the room was very old & dated We were on a half board rate. Breakfast & evening meal included. But u couldn’t order food @ the pool or in any other restaurant during the day unless u had a reservation, but all of the restaurants were fully booked for at least 3-4 days ahead Getting food @ lunch time proved quite difficult
Rooms were convenient we had a family room Good pools ,beach location & good clean beach

PolandThey don't have enough staff. It's a bit disturbing. You can see these people work way to long and there is not enough of them. When you have one exhausted ukrainian girl to bus 30 tables it's absurd. Room service it's the same. 1h wait, order came messed up, but just looking at the state of the staff I didn't even say anything. Hire more staff and pay them and service will be good.
Superb level of comfort, decent food, great pools and views. Top notch.

United KingdomDespite on it being a beautiful place to stay it has some downside. Some of the grounds of the hotel is a bit run down and not clean, for example the toilet by the pool, it is a not 5 star hotel quality and although it is a hot country, alot of bacteria and smell grows quickly, it smells of urine and feels dirty all the time, it needs upgrading deginetly. The bar can get busy with people buying drinks and the queues long. The main pool gets busy with parents with kids and it gets really loud and rowdy, just keep in mind that there will be alot jumping kids and splashed water on you, and if you want a peace of quiet, they have an adults pool only on the first level, which can get busy very quickly. The children's pool doesn't have alot of beds to accommodate all the children and feels a bit boring, with not alot of entertainment for the little ones. The play area is very basic and for a 5 star hotel I expect better.
This is a beautiful hotel on a very hilly ground, however, it has alot of lifts if needed and easy to navigate through the hotel. The staff is atrentative and very polite and the view from the beach and the hotel is second to none. The water slides open from 10 am to 4 pm and keep in mind that it is very deep in the swimming bit and for good swimmers. The food is good, but if you want to have a dinner in one of the restaurants, you must book it in advance and it is a not a pretty race. Nothing really ever available online and they have a person who can allocate it for you, but you have to see them durring the day time, I belive it is from 2pm to 4pm in the foyer of the hotel, but it can be a different time over the season, ask at the reception for it. Overall, we had a pleasant stay, the rooms are comfortable and very clean, the hotel grounds are beautiful and well kept. We stayed in an executive sea view room, but for the bigger families, you can book a villa with a swimming pool of all varieties. The hotel is more like a good 4 star and could be better with some upgrading. It is in a remote location, but If you want to go to the closes village, it is just 15 min walk from the totel by the beach, amazing views and a nice pleasant walk, or tou can get a taxi, which goes on the roads, and takes longer and cost 15 euros each way. The village offers amazing bars and restaurants and some entertainment if you get bored in the hotel.

IrelandMy daughter & I were B&B only but to book the restaurants you needed to give AT LEAST 24hrs notice if not more for dinner & lunch! The self service buffet was €35 per person which I thought was very expensive for what I heard was very poor food & I was not prepared to pay for bad food. The food in the Olivia Pool bar was on tap but really awful, sub standard burgers, hotdogs & chips! The Payot Poolside bar had superb food but as I said above you needed to give 24hours notice! The hotel needs to up the ante with these food issues if they want to keep the good reputation Radisson Blu normally has around the world. We did find the room service menu excellent & reasonable but we were not able to get it during the day so again there was no decent food available unless you prebooked the day before! Very very frustrating 😟 I do appreciate that Crete like everywhere is struggling post covid especially with staffing issues & that could have been the reason but the hotel is an expensive destination so please try to provide access to better food during the day! That said, the staff are wonderful 🤗 One last note, please fix the air con in the shop for the lovely staff who work there!!
A beautiful location & we had a beautiful room with a sea view. The staff are so lovely & without them the hotel would not survive!

The location is 5 star,,the facility is ample it’s a shame that they can’t get the staff to provide that 5 star service …which when on holiday is vital. m besides that the manager Adonis was a great guy and went out of his way to correct any issues.

United KingdomSome of the areas of the resort are outdated, but they didn't really have any impact on our stay.
This was an excellent resort with great pools and beaches, fantastic choice of food and entertainment around the island. We enjoyed our 9 night stay very much. There's also a tennis court, a gym and a fantastic SPA. The reception team was great, especially Vasilia! Special thanks to the SPA team for making our stay fun & relaxing. We shared such great time together giggling & sharing stories, and of course enjoying your superb massages & body treatments. Thanks Didi, Popi, Emma & Maria - you make the SPA at Radisson Blu Milatos excellent.

JapanSome facilities are not updated showing signs of ageing. Quality of coffee at restaurants.
There are so many different sizes and types of pools on top of a very beautiful private beach where you can snorkel with many fishes with a crystal clear water. The hotel facilities are clearly getting old and you can see the signs of them in many places including rooms themselves but they are still maintained okay. There are so many selections of food menu for breakfast/dinner buffets and they change a bit by bit everyday. Quality of foods is excellent apart from a lack of good quality coffee. Staffs are very friendly and services are excellent especially at other restaurants than the buffet places. Our villa was very spacious and comfortable. We recommend this place if you want to have a calm beach/pool relaxing holiday staying the resort. Be careful that the resort is located in an isolated area of the island and far from anything nearby unless you have a rental car.
