Shower was perfect. Newly designed. Very clean. Easy check in. We didnt see anyone, but actually that worked pretty good. Pillows were very good which is quite rare!

No breakfast option. Although this was not really an issue because there are lots of great places nearby, for example Phyllo which is just around the corner and serves delicious food!

I stayed Aoria Estate for 1 night - I arrived in Chania relatively late in the evening but was given clear instructions and detail on how to enter the property outside of regular check-in times, and encountered no issues. The hotel's location could not be any better, it's in the heart of the Old Town and just a couple of minutes walking from the Venetian Harbour - but not noisy at all because of it being located in a side street from the main Old Town roads. There is one restaurant just outdoors but I didn't have any noise issues from them. I loved the location as well because of my quite late arrival, meaning I could still easily make it to dinner and drinks as all restaurants and bars were right around me! My room was very clean, comfortable and modern but cosy. I did not meet any staff but Vangelis was extremely helpful in our exchanges ahead of my stay. I also could leave my luggage in reception (unmanned but with CCTV and restricted access) during the day as I was only travelling from Chania to Heraklion the evening after.

This small hotel was a great “find” on a pedestrian street in the Old Town.

Although there is no reception and code entry, we arrived early and had lunch at the below taverna. The staff ladies were soon departing and we enquired about leaving our luggage until check-in at 3:00. Surprisingly, our room was ready, so we were given early access … a delight. The room was well-appointed, very up-to-date and very comfortable.

The shower splashed all over the bathroom. Parking was a bit of a nightmare and the room was smaller than what we thought we booked, although that's Booking's fault, really.

Amazing property in Chania Old Town. Ended up staying one extra night because liked it so much. Stayed in two different type of rooms and both were great. First one was a two bedroom apartment with kitchen and balcony, and the other one was a two bedroom suite with rooftop terrace. Both very tastefully decorated! The owner and staff was very helpful with everything! couldn’t recommend enough if you want to stay in Old Town but not in the middle of all the tourist.

First class room on a lovely quiet street in the heart of Chania Old Town. Our balcony had a nice view of the street. Two minutes from the sea with plenty nice restaurants, bars and shopping nearby. A perfect place to stay in Chania.

Parking is painful and/or expensive. But that's a small price to pay.

WOW - this place was amazing. It had obviously just been renovated and was exceptionally well done. The beds were comfortable, there was always hot water and the A/C worked well. Everything was clean and modern and yet it was right in the heart of the old city... I could have stayed for several more days. The staff (which we never saw but did call a couple of times) were very helpful and let us keep our luggage there for most of the day on checkout. The instructions for getting in were very clear and easy. The location was perfect because it was just far enough away from the super touristy waterfront.
