The only thing that comes to mind is that there were quite a few mosquitoes in the room when we arrived. Might be nice to add a mosquito net or one of the mosquito repellant plugs

Such friendly staff! Best part about the hotel must be the location, but on top of that the room is spacious, the bed comfortable and the breakfast really tasty.

Azade really was the dream hotel, we loved our short stay! The building itself is beautiful and every corner has been tastefully and beautifully decorated. The room felt luxurious and comfortable with soft bathrobes, a large comfortable bed and huge walk in shower room with lovely toiletries. The welcome was very friendly and they even left some tasty pastries in the room for us. The breakfast was amazing, and so much to choose from. It's also right in the heart of the old town so easy to explore Chania from there. Highly recommend!

The location was fantastic. Right in the heart and the most picturesque part of the old town. The staff were all very helpful and breakfast was plentiful and very tasty. Nothing was too difficult to request. Special mention for Artemis. She was very welcoming, gave great advice and went out of her way to make our stay enjoyable.

It’s so small but we would have preferred a buffet breakfast rather than being given everything as it felt so wasteful not to eat it all but we just couldn’t!

Be aware that you need to park the car in Talos square some 400 meters from the hotel (= not accessible by car because really in the small streets of the old town). Finding a parking spot is a challenge (at least in July it was). The hotel misses a bit of character (service is great but too formal).

Beautiful building, nicely renovated with a lot of care for decoration. A peaceful haven in the (much too) busy old town. Excellent rooms & nice roof terrace. Very tasteful furniture & accessories.

Didn’t realise the private terrace wasn’t connected to the room and you had to climb seperate stairs to access

This is the comfiest bed we’ve ever slept on! Had the best sleep and so happy we were there for a few nights. The location is amazing, right in town but still felt quiet and removed. Staff were lovely and helpful, room was the highlight

The property is located right within the old town on a charming street filled with shops and restaurants. The historic facility itself has been stylishly renovated in a luxurious manner thus making it a truly unique experience. The staff is extremely polite and helpful and the breakfast is outstanding. Really a wonderful stay!

The breakfast was a little disappointing. A very generous spread but fruit salad not amazing, eggs not cooked particularly well. Coffee was perfect though. Howewver, as everything else at the hotel was exceptional we were prepared to overlook the average breakfast.

Property is stunningly beautiful. Our room was spacious with a large terrace. Architect designed with top quality fittings, linen and finishes. Staff were kind and helpful.
