There is nothing we didn't like, absolutely nothing because everything is perfect.

We liked everything. We've visited the property 3 times and every time we felt like home. Great location, big rooms, very clean, it's the best place you can stay. You will love it!

The 3rd bed was a pop-out couch and was not comfortable for a 3rd adult. Generally the room we got was a bit small for 3 adults although the bit of sea-view from the balcony compensated a little.

Excellent location and hosts, everything spotless clean. Very good location, on the central road but not noisy and very good facilities, overall great value.

Everything was fine

Very confortable place, located in a quiet area called Platanos, from where you can move easily to Falassarna beach (10min), Balos (30min) or Elafonisi (1h). Spptlight cleanliness, and managed by a very kind family. Free parking, and with all services in the area:supermarket, pharmacy, tavernas, etc. We enjoyed the stay.

This pleasant Hotel in which we spent two beautiful weeks enchanted us so much that we decided to spend the next vacation again at AVENUE HOTEL FALASSARNA 🙂 We felt at home in the Hotel, the apartment was spacious, clean with a well-equipped kitchen and bathroom. We were very satisfied during our stay and can only recommend the hotel 👍

We really enjoyed our stay. We were made very welcome by Irene, the hotelier. Large, well- lit room, with balcony; good and very clean facilities, including for cooking. Easy shaded parking. 10 minute drive to Falasarna Beach; supermarket and good restaurant within walking distance.

the reception of the manager, the cleanliness it is surely the cleanest hotel that I had the chance to visit. the parking is secure rt the location is perfect for the main beaches again thank you.

Nothing. Front side close to the road will probably have some traffic sounds, which can be disturbing when you are sensitive for that, but it is in general a very quiet area.

Comfortable, clean and large room. It has a balcony with pleasant chairs to enjoy the nice views of the olive trees orchards and mountains. Very friendly owners, helpful for anything you need. Perfect location, with car very close to Falassarna beach which is one of the best beaches in Europe, and also a good location to visit Elafonisi or Balos. We also choose this location for hiking in mountain areas. Supermarket, bakery and good restaurants all very nearby.

Spotlessly clean and spacious room. We had a balcony with a nice view of the hills in a calm scenery. 10 minutes drive from Falassarna beach. Owners were very polite and helpful with everything we needed. Although there is a cafe restaurant at the ground floor with nice terrace to enjoy a coffee, an evening drink or a snack, it was very silent.

The balcony was small and always sunny without shade. No mosquito nets on the balcony door.

Excellent location if you have a car, Platanos area where Avenue hotel is located is almost in the middle between Falassarna and Kissamos, 10 mins drive. Supermarket, bakery and pharmacy are only a few meters away walking. Very supportive and kind hosts. Great room size. Extremely clean.

Great location of the hotel as it is very close to the three most beautiful beaches, the owners are great, is a family business and they are very pleasant, welcoming and helpfull with everything that we needed. The food was very tasty as well, and what impressed me the most was that it was very, very clean. Everything. We will definitely come back anytime here!

The safe box was electronic and had no batteries.

Big and clean rooms. Daily cleaning was made by our friendly host. The location is close to Fallasarna, Kissamos and Balos (by car of course). You could also make a trip to Elafonissi beach with no problem. This accommodation is in a small village which makes it perfect to rest during night time as it is quiet. Has multiple parking slots with shadow. Good wifi.
