Fridge did not work. Owner was ready to repair it ASAP but we really did not need it. So actually nothing to complain. Nothing at all.

It was an amazing experience for us! Location is the best out of possible: it's not the seashore but it's good because it's always noisy nearby the sea. Our balcony went directly to the charming garden, and there were oranges, lemons, pomegranate trees, palms... Just wow. It's 10 mins walking from the old town. Shops are near, road is slightly far (which is very important in Iraklio), so all we heard in the night was birds songs. I was amazed how clean our room was (and I am very demanding about cleanliness), lady maid came every day. Mattress is very comfy, and they give two pillows of different size, so you can choose which one is more comfy for you. Hot water in the shower was really hot, so you can manage any temp you need in the bathroom. AC was working fine, there was a coffee machine and tea bags, some dishes, warm blanket as well as bed sheets. Design of the room is fantastic! Owners were really nice although we did not meet in person. Highly recommend this hotel, it's the best choice in Iraklio!

Very clean, nice housekeeping, good quality products. Attention to details it’s a plus, like cold water in the fridge some juice and a bottle a wine makes a difference. Clean towels every day if necessary and they do up your room if you want. Modern decoration and design of the room. Lovely living space. Perfect location and parking spot. Access to Netflix was a great addition. Great experience! 👍🏼👍🏼

Not the most central of places but close enough. Not great view. Mattress on the hard side - but these are all minor quibbles for an overall great place.

the rooms were large, renovated, clean and well equipped. Parking was very close by. There were many amenities, and little things like coffee capsules, bisquits, large water bottles etc. aplenty. Everything worked very well, and felt of excellent quality. It is one of hte places where there is no reception, but contacting the owners and getting required info over whatsapp proved quick, friendly and efficient.

The artwork hanging over the bed was nice to look at, but I was afraid to sit up in bed to read as I didn’t want to lean back and damage the art. It hangs particularly low and falls behind the pillows when propped up.

There was a decent sized bathroom and the most amazing shower. Having a small refrigerator and sink was also useful.

The location is near to the port. Very convenient, about 10mins walk to the ferry terminal. Walking distance to the old town too. Bus terminal and Mcdonald is just round the corner. Elevator available. Spacious room. Free parking.

We were in love with the interior design - everything was so beautiful! The room was fully equipped. The hosts were very friendly and they shared all the information in advance. The property has private parking which is great! The location was Ok, approximately 20 minutes walking from the city center.

Located in a slightly grungy neighborhood. Hallway and common room was very stuffy and musty. We woke up to noises in the hotel at 6am ish, likely the housekeeper as we saw the trolley when we checked out.

Beautiful little studio, set up brilliantly with everything you need. The bed was super comfy and the shower was the best! It is near the port which was convenient for us and only 20 min walk into old Town.

We forgot 300 euros in the safe of the hotel. We contacted Yiannis the owner and he immediately confirmed the money was there and promised to send it to us by wire transfer in the next day or 2. Very helpful host. Definitely a recommendation.

A bit expensive, especially compared to the prices in Chania where we stayed before, but it was high season and this was within the average in Heraklion.

The room design and decoration is lovely, it has a very comfortable bed, huge TV, a small balcony, little fridge and a coffee machine for which we were always given new capsules before we ran out of them. Aircon is very powerful which was much needed given the temperatures in July. The host left us some local products to welcome us (olive oil, liquor) and even some gifts on the last day of our stay, which was really nice!

House keeping was a little bit disappointing; a broomstick was left in the centre of the room when we returned. It would have been better, if a kitchen knife was provided.

Perfect location—very close to the bus and ferry terminals, walking distance to restaurants. The host was very kind and communicative; she reserved restaurant seats for me and sent replies immediately. A bathroom and shower was clean and spacious.

Not that disliked, but coffee, small biscuits choice was very limited, just exactly for one cup of coffee (would be extremely happy to have an option for a 2 cup of coffee) ;)
