The Location was perfect but better hotel signing on the main road definitely helps visitors especially who arrives at night.

The room was of a good size and very clean, in fact all the hotel was spotless. The breakfast was superb and plenty to choose from. Very good parking, Thanks to all the helpful staff who made our 3 day stay a very welcoming one.

The elevator is very small. The shower is tiny, I am pregnant and it was very difficult to get into the shower.

Our host who was both a receptionist and waiter as well was extraordanery! Super friendly and a wonderful host! Local tourguide and problem solver! The hotel has a private beach which was very beautiful. The dinner and the breakfast were delicious and abundant!

Disappointed there was so bar or food available. A bar and simple bar menu of food would have made our stay much more enjoyable. These additions would have made it a perfect holiday

The showers were a bit small and could do with refurbishing and it would have been even better if they served food and drink all day. The only food available was breakfast and they would benefit from serving food and drink- even a limited snack menu during the day.

Very clean small hotel with excellent friendly staff and a great breakfast buffet. Clean comfortable rooms with good balconies. The pool is delightful and grounds are kept well, lovely grassy areas around the pool and hire with steps down to the beach. Lovely sitting areas and loungers for either staying in the shade or lying in the sun listening to the sea.

It’s a very basic hotel, a bit old but fair for the price. Breakfast was nice, the bathroom was very small. Its perfect it you’re going for 1 to 2 nights only.

Moldy olives for breakfast, a lot of dust under bed, few ants walking from another room or from door frame. The worse lack of kettle in room.

Room looked much better in the pictures. Ceiling and the walls in the room had cracks and the bathroom was very outdated. The bed itself was very hard so woke up with back pain next morning. I think bedrooms need a bit of renovation in this property. Overall can't complain too much for the price we paid.

Location was excellent, lot's of restaurants around and beach at the doorstep. Breakfast was okay. AC was brand new in the room so worked perfect.

Overall the place looks a bit tired, especially the bathrooms but it’s not a great deal.

Location is superb! 30 minutes away from Chania by car, free parking. This place is a piece of heaven. Deckchairs on a turf area, pool by your side and the sea infront of you. Host is a great, friendly and helpful. Beds are comfy, rooms specious, breakfast also ok.

Shower is way too small. The shower head is not attached to the wall (they did it in our room after we mentioned). The room was not clean when we arrived but this was also fixed later. The hotel should reconsider the landscape of the garden to stop waisting so much water everyday watering the grass.

Nice location in front of the beach, close to restaurants and markets if you go by car. Big room and confortable bed.

When we booked the room, it had other photos from a better room at the 1st floor. The room that we finally took was at the ground floor. The pillows in the room were uncomfortable.

The staff was very polite and professional.The location if you have a car is good.
