Excellent hosts, they went out of their way to ensure an enjoyable stay, We could not praise them enough. The rooms basic but everything you need for a fantastic stay, spacious and extremely clean. A couple of bars and restaurants close by and only a 10-15 minute walk to the Marina. The pool was amazing and the location of the apartments was great, quiet and out of the way of all the hustle and bustle but the bus service was excellent, 2 minute walk from the hotel and you could get a bus to be in many of the more popular areas in the area. I would definitely recommend Alonia Apartments and will be back.

Dated bathroom with some leaking under the sink. Poor cutlery if needed to prepare breakfast.

Relatively spacious room for 3. Nice swimming pool with very good service and relaxing spots around. Staff was kind and friendly.

Location of hotel is perfect for those who wants to take a trip to Balos, Falasarna or Elafonissi beach. The staff is very friendly and helpful. They provided us with beach towels, sun umbrellas and proposals for trips. Appartment is well equipment. Breakfast by the pool is also delicious. We recomend this hotel due to good price, nice appartment and friendly staff.

Really nice and clean Apartments, with a great Pool area, nice Bar for good Drinks and Food, the staff is really nice and always helpful. The beach is close and supermarket, bakery, a few shops and restaurants also in short walking distance.

Everything was perfect. We were spoiled from our arrival. The cooking is amazing, the place is very well taken care of everyday and looks gorgeous. The room is big and has everything you need. The localisation is perfect to visit the west part of the island. We would surely come back. Thank you again for the daily fruits and the hospitality.

Can't say anything we did not like about this lovely place.

The whole place was beautiful with a lovely bar, garden and pool. The hosts were extremely kind and helpful. We were treated like special guests. We got fruit and cake while relaxing by the pool and also in the morning when we were off to the beach. The room was cleaned every day. The wifi was very good in the room and also in the garden by the pool This hotel is a hidden gem in a small and quiet village but everything we needed was nearby within walking distance (shops, bakery, restaurant, car and bike rental, bus stop and aqua park). There is a lovely beach nearby which is about 10 minutes walk. We received plenty of information from the hosts about what is worth visiting in the area. Special thanks to Stam for being there for us every time we needed something. What a great customer service! We can only recommend this hotel and we hope we will be back one day!

Everything was spot on, could not fault or find any criticism with this location.

This is an excellent family run business where service is of the utmost importance for them. Nothing was too much trouble and everything from the rooms to the well kept grounds and swimming pool was always well maintained. The pool side bar and cafe was an excellent location for breakfast, please note have a healthy appetite as the breakfasts represent excellent value for money. We would highly recommend this establishment to all our friends.

Alonia has a good location if you are by car, plenty space to park and very easy to access the western cretan beaches - also Chania city center. The personal is super nice and the apartment has plenty of space.

Friendly and pleasant staff. Nice pool area. Staff brought us fruit plates by the pool and gave us a sweet to start our day trip to the beach. Comfortable beds.

The lack of kitchen utensils, there wasn't neither liquid soap or sponge to wash the plates. The bathroom also needs some refurbishment as there is no shower tray and it was really messy to wash the kids.

The pool area is amazing, so quiet within nature. The staff were always so nice and brought us complimentary fruits and cakes by the pool. I definitely suggest these apartments specifically for the pool area, it's even nicer than the photos.

All was great, amaizng host and hotel staff, wonderful and spaceful rooms, the garden and th epool were more then superb.

The shower room was a little cramped but it wouldn't put me off staying there again.

The food was excellent quality and reasonably priced. The setting was fabulous, with a lovely pool and sun beds. The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful too. The apartments are situated in a lovely location too; just a short walk to a lovely beach, a water park and local shops and tavernas. All in all it was an excellent place to stay and I would highly recommend Alonia Apartments to anyone.
