There were a lot of mosquitos and some of the screens on the windows were broken. The road up from the seafront was rough in places and a fair distance to walk, a torch was needed to do this after dark.

The apartment was spacious, clean and well equipped with everything we needed including a washing machine. The view of the sea from the terrace was beautiful and there were sun loungers as well as chairs for us to use. The area was very quiet with no passing cars and we were able to park right outside our apartment.

A part of the road from the beach leading to the appartment houses is quite rocky, so for the first time you are afraid you can damage your Fiat Panda or similar, but the third time you drive up and down you go like locals.

Nice view from the terrace, several tavernas on the beach with very pleasant atmosphere, close the Zakros minoan ruins and the Dead man´s gorge.

Very bumpy long 2km road to get there from the beach since it was up the mountain.

Quit place, many stars that you could see when lights were out at 11.00 - which was great. Zakros is very beatiful.

Friendly hosts, communicative and quick to respond. Location was amazing. Up a hill with great views. Property spotlessly clean, kitchen fully equipped and washing machine with detergent also there. Highly recommended

Quite a distance from the beach town and would be quite a walk to the beach where there are only a few restaurants, not even a kiosk. Some screens on the windows were broken and mosquitoes were abundant.

The apartment is spacious and furnished with full kitchen, even a washing machine. The view from the patio is gorgeous. Owner has a restaurant with delicious food, fresh grilled fish, chicken, lamb...

The matraces need to renewed. There were a lot of mosquitos in the building, maybe some mosquito killer could be nice. The street to the apartment is absolutely doable, but if u don't like steep roads, u won't get happy by driving. The real good view to the sea u won't get from the ground building terraces. Would prefer a shower than a tube. The owner seems to the big boss from Kato Zakros...

Very nice apartment - very spacious, very well equipped, nice outdoor space, beautiful view. And the owner Nikos was friendly and welcoming. His restaurant is a good spot to spend the evening, have coffee in the morning or the day at the beach.

There's no sunset at all, I don't know why there are pictures of the sunset in the sea when you book this hotel because it's not true at all. Please change that! Big lie. They didn't accept credit card and we fisihed paying for the room, the dinner and the breakfast cash. There's isn't a lot of space to park and move the car, it's not comfortable.

I didn't mind, but for anybody else, take into consideration about 600m drive on unpaved road. Absolutely no other concerns.

All and everything. The view, the quiet surroundings, all facilities. Full size fridge can help to store all the supplies you need at hand. As of June 2021 all photos reflect the reality.
