The location was perfect! About 2 minutes from the restaurants and the old town. Artemis was exceptional! Whatever i wanted i texted her and immediately she would answer back. She also came to meet us and told me a few things to do. She was extremely helpful and kind. She is an amazing host i would definitely go back!

Excellent location, Artemis was an excellent host, clean towels and sheets changed during the stay. The property was traditional and in the best location of the old town in my opinion lots of restaurants and wine bars next door, less than 5 min walk to the port area. We stayed in the room with the large terrace (photo is from the terrace)

This goes with all of the buildings in the old town which is steep sets of stairs which can be difficult to tackle with heavy suitcases but you get this in nearly all of the places that are reasonably priced

Everything was great.

The hotel is located in the Old Town of Chania in a quite place next to many taverns and restaurant. The position is great, it is perfectly clean, the staff is excellent.

The room was specious, and well kept. It has all the facilities needed. The location is superb, surrounded with lots of restaurants, bars, and shops, though it is still very quiet. The owner is very helpful.

Spent amazing time here. location 10/10 best location in chania. lovely room with cutest terrace, where u can eat your breakfast. Best view of old chania town. Artemis is best hostess in the world. She is so cute. Thanks for everything, hope i will come back next year.

When you open the windows from the twin bedroom there is a slightly enjoying noise. Probably from an air conditioner.

Small apartment with a mini balcony, mini because of very old building. Balcony is charming, view on old, narrow street and the sea. Localisation perfect, 1 minute to the open sea or the old harbour. All clean, building is old but bathroom modern. Excellent working wi-fi. If you don't need a large space you find here everything you need. Owner and stuff very friendly, like visiting family rather than pension. Highly recommended.

The location was perfect, in the old town in a charming street with cafes and restaurants, but also near the sea. 9 minutes walk to the bus station The rooms were pretty, beautiful windows and doors to the balcony/terrace. Beatiful views. Bathroom and bed comfortable. Artemis is also really nice,fridndly and helpful

The hotel is in an excellent location, in the heart of Chania! The staff was extremely friendly, welcoming us with kaltsounia and spending time to suggest places to go for sightseeing and food.

The location was perfect, located in the heart of Chania old town. The staff were excellent giving us tips on where to visit during our stay. It's very quiet at night although sometimes you do get drunk people walking around making some noise, but other than that the whole experience was perfect and totally worth it.

i think it would be great to have a sign in the shower for the hot and cold water as i burnt myself the first 3 days till i figured it out exactly how it works

The host she was really nice, they cleaned the apartment everyday, and they always asked us if we are in need of everything. The place is exactly in the center and super comfortable to get everywhere by foot.

it could have been a little more space but that’s ok for 2-3 days

The terrace was really nice, like every morning affer jogs around the Chania old town, we sat in the terrace, and enjoyed the morning sun. The room itself is not that big, but enough for 2-3 days stay. Also, the terrace covers that issue as you spend more time there than the room itself. I can describe myself picky in terms of the bathrooms in hotels, this was renovated pretty recent, was quite ok (no shower curtains etc) Regarding the location, it was perfect, like still in old town but not directly within the crowds, so no noise issue here.
