The building is extremely modern but has character and it’s very clean. Everything is updated and easy to use. The location is walking distance to everything and super fun. Nikos is very helpful and accommodating and literally saved our Vacation. We will stay here again and highly recommend. The bed is very comfortable and had the right amount of pillows.

Room was gorgeous and super clean. Quiet street just two short blocks from all the shops and restaurants. Nikos was an excellent host and provided all sorts of recommendations for food and local sights. Highly recommend this property. Chania is an amazing old town.

It was clean, spacious and modern and the location was excellent. We had the corner room in the front which had a great spacious balcony. The air conditioning worked really well which is a big plus for summer visitors since the room is facing south, thus getting sun all day. The owner went out of his way to make our stay enjoyable by providing lots of recommendations for restaurants and places to visit. He also facilitated car hire and taxi as needed and was always available on whatsapp upon request. Very happy guests! 👍😀

Fantastic stay at Agave Suites. The host Nikos could not have been more kind and helpful before and during our stay. He met us on arrival and was a mine of information about restaurants, bars, beaches in Chania. The room itself was perfect. Spacious and well presented, great modern shower, smart TV, separate toilet and a gorgeous balcony that caught the sun in the afternoon and early evening. Very comfortable bed. Very clean each day. Stylish, modern feel and perfectly located to explore the old town and beyond.

Nikos was the perfect host, sent us so many recommendations and the property is beautiful. Cleaners came every day to replace towels and clean etc., facilities were great and location was ideal right next to the old port. Couldn’t fault our stay at all.

Needed a chest of drawers or something similar to put clothes. Had a couch in the room but used it for putting our clothes on. There was a small wardrobe for hanging clothes.

Very good location. Very clean. Housekeeping came in every day. Tea and coffee available. Host sent us plenty of info on what was around and recommended places to visit.

Nikos is an amazing host, very supportive, responsive and helpful. The location is very good and close to the old port, coffee shops and restaurants, anything you need is there. The room looks super luxury, the mattress and the bed are the best - I slept like a baby there! To tell the truth I liked everything in this room and each detail. I highly recommend this place. Thank you, Nikos, one more time. I definitely will come again!

First of all, the room is even better than what you can see on the uploaded photos. It has a modern design and is well equipped with all the amenities you will need. The cleaning is impeccable and the cleaning lady is also very kind and helpful. The host is also very kind and can provide you with information about the area and suggestions for places to eat/drink. The beds are extremely comfortable and the pillows are even better, you are guaranteed a good night's sleep in this suite. The bath is also very spacious and the water flow is just amazing. The room gets a lot of light and the balcony overlooks a traditional street. The suite is located in a quiet neighbourhood while still being at the heart of the city centre, meaning, everything is a 5 minutes' walk away so you can enjoy strolling around Chania without getting tired. All in all, it was a very pleasant stay and we are looking forward to returning in the future.

The host was great, he came to meet us when we arrived to show us the room and explain everything. the room was spotless and comfortable. he also helps us with transportation to the airport. the room is very close to the main place, Chania Port with many places to eat, also he sends us many restaurant recommendations.

The owner, Nikos, was in touch with me the day before and day of arrival to confirm our meeting time. We had a room on the upper floor with a small balcony (#3). To welcome us, Nikos gave us a bottle of delicious white wine and some mixed nuts. Definitely appreciated after a long drive. In addition, he sent us links to nearby restaurants, beaches and sites to see which was very helpful. The layout of the room was cleverly done so as to maximize space. The shower and toilet were separate and both had plenty of room. The bed was very comfortable, one of the best on our three week trip! The location was very quiet and a short walking distance to shopping and restaurants. For 10 Euros/day you can park on-site in a teeny tiny space. There is very limited street parking, so this was an extra bonus for us!

Loved it all

The property is lovely, it is modern and clean and in a great location too! The little touches really do make a big difference, everything you needed that you don’t usually get was provided, e.g. straighteners, toothbrush, robes, slippers, wine on arrival which really made the stay so comfortable. Nikos was an amazing host from start to finish, nothing was too much to ask of him. He met us on arrival and provided so much information and was also available throughout the stay too with any questions we had or help we needed. I must also give a mention and huge thank you to housekeeping, she came every day if we needed and made the apartment so clean and tidy, replenished the coffees, toiletries etc as needed. It was lovely to come back to after a busy day out. Everything was great, and we will definitely be back. Thank you for making our stay in Chania great, we wish we could have stayed longer!
