THE APARTMENT IS NOT IN THE CENTER Flat Giovanna renovated in 2016 is similar to and next to the Casa Rimidia apartment. Both are on the second and last floor WITHOUT ELEVATOR in a small building inhabited by pensioners who are often at home and always available. For any request we are available promptly given that our family lives and works in the building opposite. Free parking in front of the building. It can accommodate up to 6 people including children. It has latest generation air conditioning. It is composed of a living room, kitchenette, 3 double bedrooms all with smart TV and 2 bathrooms, one of which is attached to a bedroom and a balcony. In the living room there is an LED TV. The kitchenette is equipped with an induction hob, traditional and fan oven, microwave oven, dishwasher, fridge and freezer plus a series of small appliances including a water kettle and a Nespresso and American coffee machine. Pots, plates, glasses, mugs, coffee cups and cutlery are also provided. Bed and bathroom linen is provided. The washing machine is installed in the bathroom and it is possible to hang clothes on the balcony. Free internet access via Wi-Fi is available.
ATTENTION - You will have exclusive use of the apartment but THE ROOMS WILL BE OPENED ACCORDING TO THE NUMBER OF GUESTS: up to 2 people a bedroom with double bed; for 3 to 4 people two bedrooms with double beds; for 5 to 6 people three bedrooms with double beds; For other needs send a message with requests. Other people than those registered at check-in CANNOT access the facility. If during your stay you need to let other people in we ask that you be promptly informed. THE APARTMENT IS NOT IN THE CENTER. The city center is about 8 km away, reachable by car in 10 minutes, bus or taxi but walking is not recommended. The apartment is located in Prepo in a quiet residential neighborhood above the Perugia commercial area of Via Settevalli. Nearby there is a shopping center also open on Sundays as well as many shops, pizzerias and restaurants.
