It exceeded all our expectations. The location couldn't have been better - close to a metro station, the railway, and many main attractions. The room was comfortable and clean, and the staff was incredibly helpful and kind throughout our stay. What truly made our experience unforgettable was the warm gesture on my birthday. When the staff learned it was my special day, they surprised me with a cake. Overall, I couldn't have asked for a better experience, and I would totally recommend this place.

Boasting a bar, Madalena by The Beautique Hotels is situated in the centre of Lisbon, 400 metres from Rossio. The hotel is lovely. I would say to people visiting Lisbon - stay here! Location is great, the decor is interesting. It is a mixture of super over the top gaudy and deco art. Even the bathroom sink is gold! It is quiet, friendly and very welcoming. Excellent value for money. The guy at the front desk even arranged for me to use the gym in their sister hotel. Very nice!
