The entire staff at the hotel is incredibly attentive and the facility has a homey feel to it. So all in all,we are very happy to have chosen to stay here. I will make a special mention to Ms Issabella M Trifina the hotel manager,who was so helpful to us , often arranging language translation during our stay.Her English was wonderful and her customer service superb. Also very kind,patient and helpful was Ms Tsania at the reception. Cannot thank both of them enough for the positive experience we had during our stay We are so grateful to these kind ladies
