I can’t say enough good things about this place. A large house, with 6 guest rooms, two terraces (one where an amazing breakfast is served), on a quiet back street away from the hustle and bustle of the city, yet within walking distance of many of the top sites. The staff are friendly, attentive and helpful. The place is spotless, the AC cold and the wi-fi strong. Steps away from the southern arun-arun, where locals congregate for food and socializing in the evening. Highly recommended.

It's small, the staff is so friendly and helpful, it's very clean, the beds are comfortable and offer a power point at every bed, a shelf, a light, and a privacy curtain. There's breakfast, great wifi, and it's well located down a quiet alleyway. The hostel is small but there are great social spaces to meet people. I booked for 2 nights and ended up staying 6!

KESATRIYAN JOGJA GUEST HOUSE is a recently renovated guest house in Yogyakarta where guests can make the most of its garden and terrace. The host Thia made our stay at Yogyakarta amazing and full of comfortable services. She was not only a host, she literally organized all the activities around the city and even further: the main sightseeing of the city, restaurants tips, batik advice and manage our transportation with a private driver for a super cheap price. Kesatriyan jogja guest house is a very quiet place, well designed to be intimate and welcoming. Thia’s team is always available for helping during the stay. I definitely recommend the stay at Kesatriyan for couple but also for groups that want to enjoy Yogyakarta and sleep in a very clean and beautiful place.
