Hotel Alpha, hotel in Sant'Agnello

Beautiful grounds, a large swimming pool, a typical restaurant; Hotel Alpha gives you all this and more in peaceful SantAgnello, a 2-minute train ride from the centre of Sorrento.

The staff were brilliant, they were so helpful with booking trips and getting information for us. They were also very helpful if we needed anything. Very hospitable, would come again! Very close to the nearest train station.

The location was good - easy walk from the train, and near to lovely views, restaurants, sites. The hotel is elegant and well appointed - be certain to confirm that the room booked is the one that you receive - ours was different and we were a bit disappointed (ex, no kettle, not bathtub). Definitely visit the roof terrace - the service is outstanding - it is quiet and romantic! We would have loved this hotel if they had not called to cancel our second night during the second day - caused a stressful difficulty in locating another hotel and they did not help!

So many LESS tourists than Sorrento, which was right next door. Free beach for swimming, and good choice of restaurants. Close to Sorrento (one stop on the local train), handy for Pompeii - 30 mins. There's lift to the beach and harbour so you don't have to climb 50m of cliffs! Nice park at the top of the cliffs with a cafe to relax in and enjoy the views.

It’s close to Sorrento (in walking distance) but it’s less busy and also has a lot to offer (bars, cafes, beach…). Also very easy to move around (Naples, Pompei, Positano, Amalfi, Capri…) from there. Would highly recommend staying there for visiting the area.

I stayed with my friend at this wonderful place with the lemon orchard back in July for 2 days. The house and the orchard are absolutely beautiful, the house if very clean and has all the necessary amenities. The hostess is amazing, super kind, helpful and accessible. a bit crowdy and polluted from all the cars and scooters. the mayor should allow only electric scooters and cars. Perhaps, I would loved to have a more reliable city bus schedule and not wait for the bus or not knowing when it comes. The info on the timetable was not accurate.

What an incredible stay we had at Hotel Villa Constanza, from the moment that we arrived Constanza was a wonderful host who even cooked us dinner due to our late arrival, all using her fresh produce from her gardens, the stunning view from the hotel Terrance to Sorrento and the mountains was magnificent, rooms were comfortable and proper, I highly recommend this hotel. we also could use the jacuzzi at any time! almost cried leaving this stunning- breathtaking wonderful place. this is by far the best b&b in the hole area

The front desk staff were friendly and helpful. The shuttle bus was easy to use but didn't come as frequently as would have been more convenient. Pool was awesome with kids. Food okay and room was large and clean but beds and blankets were not even a little comfortable. AC was amazing though and very cold!! Hotel was pretty but rooms outdated. Overall we enjoyed our long stay but would like something closer to downtown next time so we don't have to wait so long for the shuttle.

Our room had good views. It has a pool, outside sun bathing area with sun loungers. outdoor sitting area. Breakfast was good with a reasonable self service choice. Staff were helpful and friendly. windows had good blackout shutters that helped reduce noise from outside in the room. it doesn’t pretend to be in Sorrento unlike some swanky hotels in the area. Large bathroom with decent shower.

The hotel interior is pleasant and comfortable. It appeared that the lobby, dining, pool and guest room areas all had ocean views. The hotel operation was professionally run. All front of the house employees were bilingual. Above all, the staff was pleasantly accommodating which made our stay most enjoyable.

Clean apartment and absolutely lovely garden! The staff was very helpful and they have a laundry machine that you could use for free. Although it's a 20 min walk to Sorrent, the area is quite beautiful and not as touristy as Sorrent. The price is okay compared to all the other hotels in the area.
