The location was good - easy walk from the train, and near to lovely views, restaurants, sites. The hotel is elegant and well appointed - be certain to confirm that the room booked is the one that you receive - ours was different and we were a bit disappointed (ex, no kettle, not bathtub). Definitely visit the roof terrace - the service is outstanding - it is quiet and romantic! We would have loved this hotel if they had not called to cancel our second night during the second day - caused a stressful difficulty in locating another hotel and they did not help!

So many LESS tourists than Sorrento, which was right next door. Free beach for swimming, and good choice of restaurants. Close to Sorrento (one stop on the local train), handy for Pompeii - 30 mins. There's lift to the beach and harbour so you don't have to climb 50m of cliffs! Nice park at the top of the cliffs with a cafe to relax in and enjoy the views.

It’s close to Sorrento (in walking distance) but it’s less busy and also has a lot to offer (bars, cafes, beach…).
Also very easy to move around (Naples, Pompei, Positano, Amalfi, Capri…) from there.
Would highly recommend staying there for visiting the area.

a bit crowdy and polluted from all the cars and scooters.
a bit crowdy and polluted from all the cars and scooters. the mayor should allow only electric scooters and cars. Perhaps, I would loved to have a more reliable city bus schedule and not wait for the bus or not knowing when it comes. The info on the timetable was not accurate.
Very helpful and friendly staff - especially reception and cleaner.
Family room and bathroom were spacious and kept very clean.
Lovely pool area to sit and relax - as the hotel is well away from the main road it is nice and quiet.
Shuttle bus to Sorrento is a life saver though agree that guests would find one or two extra runs a day helpful - train station is only 10 minutes walk and great as an alternative.
Breakfast selection was decent though after a week or so you might find yourself in need of a change.
The hotel was very clean and the staff were incredibly helpful. We had a room with a view of the Bay of Naples that was beautiful!!! On two of the nights of our stay, we ate in the bar since we had eaten in a restaurant for lunch. The food was delicious. We had soup and a pasta dish.
The hotel was quiet and had everything that we needed. Due to the rain, we did not spend as much time outside in the hotel gardens as we would have liked, but they were lovely. We would definitely stay here again!
Everything about this property was exceptional - it had a real boutique hotel feel to it! And the staff (Pina, in particular) were the friendliest, nicest people you could ever ask for. The rooms were gorgeous and the view from the balcony was well worth the upgrade. The bed was SO comfy. The rooftop bar is a must too. All in all, we couldn’t fault this hotel at all. You must stay here if you’re travelling to Sorrento.
Everything! From the minute we arrived the staff were fantastic. The hotel was really clean, our room was really big with a balcony and a mountain view. The breakfast was fantastic, we didn't eat in the hotel in the evening but the menu changed every night. The location was perfect for walking into the town with a 20mins walk into Sorrento which is well worth it in the evening. Can't recommend this hotel enough.
We had a Great time!
Paul (the host) was super nice and friendly, he was very helpful and made sure we were happy and comfortable the whole time. He made sure to check in regularly and was giving us great tips on how to get around and the good spots to go to.
The hotel itself was very clean and comfortable and perfect distance from Sorrento!
I would highly recommend and would definitely come back again
We had a honeymoon sweet on the top floor with a private terrace that was huge with an incredible view of the town, sea and Mount Vesuvius!! The room was spacious and the bathroom updated.
The hotel bar and sitting areas are beautiful.
We had an unbelievable meal at the restaurant in the hotel!
The town is a great spot to stay and be able to take day trips along the coast
The staff at Corallo hotel went out of there way to make us feel at home. We we're given a five star service - and had extremely friendly customer service throughout.
The hotel Is beautifully decorated and has a wonderful view of the harbour. It's slightly out of the way - and away from the some of busier streets in Sorrento - which can be a bit fumey.
As someone who’s worked in hospitaly for years in my teens in various countries, different departments starting from housekeeping to managerial roles, and as a guest at various hotels, i will not come back to this hotel.
However, two positive; a lovely women receptionist who was absolutely amazing and helpful and great views from the balcony.
Customer service of bar staff and receptionists was excellent. Our room had panoramic views. Location is great; the views are amazing, it’s peaceful and there is easy access to Sorrento via a bus which stops outside the hotel. There’s an idyllic swimming place just below the hotel.
Everything! It’s a little away from city center but perfect location near the sea and with many excellent restaurants nearby. The best thing about this hotel is Marco-the most welcoming host. I would rate this hotel as a 5.
Friendly, helpful staff. Great breakfast with a fabulous view.
The hotel overlooks the Bay of Naples in a quiet location about a miles walk from Sorrento.
Excellent, outside space with an inviting pool.
Our host had a problem with the appartment before our arrival. She arranged alternative accommodation in Sorrento in a 4* hotel . We were very happy there. Our review reflects our stay in the hotel.
The hotel was clean, the staff was nice and helpful, breakfasts were tasty, the location was convenient (very close to the Circumvesuviana station). Close to Sorrento.
