Situated in Ko Lipe, just a few steps from Sunrise Beach (Chao Ley Beach), Lipe Sunrise Beach House features beachfront accommodation with a terrace, a shared lounge and free WiFi. Great place to stay on beautiful Koh Lipe. Manager met us at water taxi and directed us to house, which was situated right on the beach, clean and comfortable. the AC's in the bedrooms worked, spotless bathrooms, hot water, plenty of towels and beach accessories. Would stay again on our next trip.

The room was big and comfortable, spotlessly clean, but what makes this place truly wonderful are the guys that run it. Their free taxi service says they'll take you to walking street and back, but they always asked where we wanted to go and took us anywhere we needed. Often we chose to walk because the location is still only 10mins by foot from several different beaches, restaurants and shops. Breakfast was included in the price but I've never been much of one for breakfast. The guys noticed I hadn't eaten yet so super thoughtfully plated it up for me and brought it to my bungalow. So sweet! On the taxi rides they pointed out the best restaurants and shops for anything we needed and they got us to the best ticket booking office on the island to arrange our onward travel. Can't thank them enough! And to top it off, the 2 dogs and 1 cat on site were sooooo lovely and friendly!
