Featuring free WiFi, parking on-site and a garden, the recently renovated property of Bao Village, offers accommodation in Haad Yao, 400 metres from Haad Yao Beach and 600 metres from Mushmushon... It was just an awesome stay for me - close to the beach, 7/11, bike rental, cafes and restaurants. The room was so cozy and comfy! I wish I could stay longer, but all houses were occupied already. Will definitely come to Bao Village again!

Amit was super helpful and welcoming .. lovely 1 bedroom house, beautiful view and great location, a pleasure to at stay. Would definitely recommend and return! Monkeys live close by and were another bonus..

We stayed at T villas for a couple of nights in between Christmas and New Year's Eve. It was an absolutely perfect place to stay for our family of four. We have stayed at other villas in Koh Pha Ngan, and in comparison to the other villas T villas is superior. The woman who greeted us is so friendly, and has a beautiful nursery in her yard of tropical plants. The villa itself is perfect for what we like, and our children had an awesome view from their bedroom (we stayed at the first villa at the top of the hill). The pool is a perfect size and very refreshing. The walk to the beach is 30 seconds, which is key for us. We loved the restaurant up the hill called C2 - you get a stunning view of the bay here and excellent food. We also liked a few of the restaurants on the beach. Overall the beach had small town vibes, which is what we look for - excellent atmosphere!

Best value for money, the place is very quiet in the middle of the jungle, the villas are amazing and hospitality of Lucas was wonderful, we had a problem with the A/C in one room and he sent a technician right away to fix it. Situated in Koh Phangan, a few steps from Baan Tai Beach, Soukaina Beach Bungalow features accommodation with pool with a view, free private parking, an indoor pool and a garden. The overall environment is good. It is close to the sea and not far from the main road. It is very quiet. Soufiane is a very good person. He will help you solve any problems as soon as possible. He works very hard to make the guests have a better experience.
