A recently renovated property, Casa Valentina 2 is located in Perugia near Perugia Cathedral, Perugia Train Station and Corso Vannucci. This is a super clean apartment with a great shower, kitchen and bedroom. It’s perfectly located near Perugia’s mini Metro and has parking. The situation was perfect for us, as we are both enjoying the old town and driving to the beautiful villages nearby. The owners were amazingly helpful with suggestions for restaurants in only Perugia, but also the neighboring towns. They were wonderful!

Offering inner courtyard views, Casa Valentina 1 is an accommodation set in Perugia, 4.8 km from Perugia Cathedral and 5 km from San Severo Church - Perugia. The house is comfy and has everything you might need. It was spot clean and it was easy to adjust the temperature on your own. It's literally 20 meters from the railway station, so it's well connected but also just 20 minutes by foot (uphill) to the city center. The host was very helpful and friendly.

Located in Orvieto, 200 metres from Duomo Orvieto and 20 km from Civita di Bagnoregio, Casa Ginevra offers air conditioning. Great location. Beautifully appointed. The fruit welcome basket was a lovely touch.

Situated in Orvieto and only 400 metres from Duomo Orvieto, Book and Bed features accommodation with inner courtyard views, free WiFi and free private parking. This is one of the best place I stayed. Very clean, comfort, big space, fully euqipments and nice host. Location is the best. Highly recommended.

Casa Patrizia is situated in Orvieto, 20 km from Civita di Bagnoregio, 41 km from Bomarzo - The Monster Park, as well as 47 km from Villa Lante. Charming little apartment right in the center of town. All the amenities were in exceptional condition. We loved it.

Boasting garden views, Residence Serena provides accommodation with a seasonal outdoor swimming pool, a garden and a bar, around 17 km from Train Station Assisi. Beautiful location up the mountain from Assisi. Apartment spacious, every amenity you would need. Residence has lovely gardens, great pool. Restaurant, family owned and run, 2 minutes away, fantastic food. 10+ Great for couples and families. Thank you we loved our 3 day stay.

Offering a garden and garden view, I SEE LAKE is set in Castiglione del Lago, 44 km from Piazza Grande and 45 km from Perugia Cathedral. The apartment was very nice and modern it had everything you need to feel at home
