The house is comfy and has everything you might need. It was spot clean and it was easy to adjust the temperature on your own. It's literally 20 meters from the railway station, so it's well connected but also just 20 minutes by foot (uphill) to the city center. The host was very helpful and friendly.

Restaurant, family owned and run, 2 minutes away, fantastic food. 10+ Great for couples and families. Thank you we loved our 3 day stay.

What a lovely place to stay and so quiet and connected with nature. The property had everything you need to ensure a comfortable stay.

Gino's house in Old Town.. Se encuentra en Gubbio, a 44 km de Perugia Cathedral, a 44 km de Iglesia de San Severo, Perugia y a 42 km de Corso Vannucci. Gino has multiple locations in and around Gubbio. They are all extremely well appointed. He stocks the fridge for you with breakfast goodies, including yogurt and fresh milk (almond, cow, oat) for coffee. In one of his properties on the outskirts he had complete fixings for a pasta dinner and more. I've never seen anyone prepare a place more thoughtfully than Gino. He's also a great source for restaurants and everything Gubbio. He's friendly, communicative and extremely available by WhatsApp, etc. We did not want for anything. Highly recommend.
