The property is spacious with a large enough bathroom and patio / garden / yard. There is a fully equipped kitchen, which makes the place suitable for longer stays. The host is super responsive and friendly. The self check-in process is very straightforward. A parking spot is available either right in front of the building or inside the small yard, but mind that the doors do not open wide enough and this would be a struggle. There is a grocery shop a few minutes away on foot and a bigger supermarket a few minutes away with a car. Tertenia is a good starting point to explore the eastern part of the island as there are two sea ports in relatively close proximity.

Our apartment was spacious (two floors) and well equipped with enough storage space. Huge terrace with a lovely view and balcony with sea-view. Two bathrooms. A/C in every room. TV. Toaster, microwave and kettle. Washing machine. No dishwasher. Wi-Fi fine. Free parking in a private garage. Clean, comfortable. Bed linen and towels included in price. Location is great - although in a calm residential area, everything (restaurants, bars and shops) is within walking distance (less than 5 minutes). Many beautiful beaches nearby, not reachable on foot.

MYO Cagliari Charming House is situated in Cagliari. Popular points of interest around the property include National Archaeological Museum of Cagliari and Sardinia International Fair. Great host, location, and cool vibe to the room. Has everything you need. Quite spacious as well. Transit to the beach, train, or airport is quite close by as well.

The studio was simply spectacular - impeccably clean and fully equipped for our stay - but the best past of the experience was undoubtedly our host. She gave us the warmest welcome and provided for our every need. I could not recommend this property more.

Featuring city views, Casa dell'Artista singola indipendente provides accommodation with a terrace, around 38 km from Nora. With inner courtyard views, this accommodation offers a balcony. Casa Dell’Artista is amazing, everything was prepared nicely by the lovely host Chiara (and I really mean everything from the welcome dinner to all the food in the fridge to everyday breakfast to biscuits+chocolates+candy to beer+wine to beach umbrellas slippers food bag beach hat sunscreen washing machine fans air conditioning microwave oven cooking utensils coffee machine smart TV jacuzzi pool!!! 🤩). We didn’t have to bring anything as everything was already there, we have to collect our breakfast from Pasticceria Manuel though ☺️ It’s unimaginable how Chiara could be so thoughtful to her guests. Location wise, it is walking distance to many tourist spots of Cagliari old town, otherwise bus stop is just 2min walk away. This homestay is a really memorable!
