This was a lovely comfortable clean lodge with everything needed. Very cosy a christmassey with a little tree up which we loved. The host Peter was a gentleman and helped us out big time to get us to a wedding as no taxi was available. We were greeted by Patch the dog on arrival she was the best!

Connells Barn is everything it looks - a smart conversion from a historic building into a most pleasant base for exploring the Boyne Valley and beyond. The host is wonderful and she has thought of everything - the place comes with a manual, and you are well advised to run trough it upon your arrival - it is very informative. The other pleasantries you can find are just too numerous to count, from a welcome package ont the table, to a filing cabinet filled with assorted destinations and activities. Karla (the host) definitely sets the bar high for other hosts. The location is easy to find. It is near too many interesting sites for the time we had, so a lot is left unexplored, but it just gives us a reason to return.

Connells House Thatched Cottage อยู่ใน Duleek ห่างจากศูนย์บริการนักท่องเที่ยว Bru na Boinne Visitor Centre เพียง 6.1 กม. 10/10 Could not recommend this place more! 😄 Fantastic location, this cottage is just off the main street in duleek, and right beside TRIBE restaurant (best pizza we have ever had). Karla's cottage was spotless, you could have had your dinner off the floor. Spacious for our group of 8 and beds were incredibly comfy! If your looking for a weekend away, this is the perfect choice!

The host was great, she greeted us on arrival and made sure the property was warm. She showed us where everything was and how to work the heating and wood burner. She left us some milk in the fridge and there were the basic items in the cupboard like tea, coffee and sugar.
