It had everything you needed, it was like home for home. The location is perfect for exploring the surrounding areas, Leap Castle and Birr Castle and Gardens were just two places we visited. Beds were really comfortable, the kitchen was fully equipped for all your needs and the bathrooms had a shower in one and a stand alone bath in the other.

There's a small town, Templemore, nearby for groceries, pub, and eating out. Our hostess was very accommodating and included little things like cereal, milk, and juice just in case we didn't get groceries the day of our arrival. The view is spectacular in the front and back. We were also 2-3 hours from south (Cork) and west (Galway). We're photographers, so wrong turns became happy surprises. There's also plenty to do just in County Tipperary. Great location for exploring the island!
