Everything is brand new. The house has been built to a very high standard. Guests have the ground floor apartment to their disposal; the second floor is vacant. We loved the privacy. The pool was very brilliant and had a stunningly view. It has the same depth on both ends, which is comfortable for swimming. You wake up to the (quite loud) sound of crickets which continues throughout the day, which we found quite relaxing. The hosts are super helpful and friendly, going out of their way to make our stay as pleasant as possible. The welcome and departure treats were a bonus. We are really pleased that we have chosen this property. We tend not to come back to the same place but we might make an exception with this property.
