Quiet area which is nice but a short walk to the center. Friendly and polite staff. Us with kids would have loved a small playground.

Situated in Vega de San Mateo and within 25 km of Parque de Santa Catalina, Viviendas vacacionales San Mateo has a garden, allergy-free rooms, and free WiFi. We stayed here for two nights during the Almond Blossom Festival in Tejeda. We had a great stay here. The unit is beautiful, San Mateo is very charming, and there is a great bakery directly across the street. We had dinner twice as Tasco Baco — highly recommend. We stayed here the beginning of February and were not cold like others mentioned.

Mary's Home is a beachfront property set in Moya, 2 km from San Andrés Beach and 18 km from Parque de Santa Catalina. It is situated 9.2 km from Cueva Pintada Museum and offers a 24-hour front desk. Perfect house, well equipped, with huge terrace. For us also location was good as we planned to travel aroung the north part of the island. Two bottles of water and fruits was nice welcome gift. The owner do not speak english but we were able to undesrand all important info and the pictures with QR codes of all interesting places were perfect solution how to provide the info. We enjoyed our stay and fully recomend the house.

Noelia is the nicest host and for its price it is the best, cleanest, complete apartment you will find in Maspalomas. The apartment is superclean, complete well maintained and everything is functioning well.

Perfect&comfortable apartment for family holidays. Nice view on the city from 10th floor, very kind landlord. Good place as a starting point for trips on island (with a car).

Sunshine Beach Villas sijaitsee 1 km:n päässä Playa de Puerto Rico -rannalta. Majoitustiloissa on parveke ja terassi. The house had a fully equipped kitchen, except for an oven. It was used every day, for breakfast, I was the cook, so I would say that breakfast was absolutely top-notch. The staff addressed the minor issues that arose with cheerful attitudes and remarkable speed.

Villa Sicilia sijaitsee Agaetessa Gran Canarian alueella. Se koostuu 2 loma-asunnosta, joiden terassilta avautuu merinäköala. Excellent facilities and cleanliness. View over the harbour towards the mountains provide beautiful sunsets. Agaete quieter and more authentic than the South Island mass tourist resorts. Good seafood restaurants and good local Spar shops with large supermarkets 5km drive away. Friendly host provided good communication. Stopped for 2 weeks and host arranged for towels, bed linen and villa cleaning after 1st week; which showed good attention to what is important.
