Situated in Brusimpiano, 16 km from Lugano Station and 17 km from Villa Panza, Il Cavallino, sul lago Ceresio offers a terrace and air conditioning. The apartment was directly facing the beautiful Lago di Lugano: sunsets and sunrises are great to observe from the open terrace! There was enough room for a family of 4, the beds were very comfortable, all the amenities worked as supposed, there was plenty of kitchenware and more importantly - basic cooking must-haves such as salt, sugar, oil. Also, the hosts generously provided some food that was very appreciated as one can miss dropping by groceries store when arriving late. Since all the roads in the mountaneous regions go through lake shores, the apartment is directly connected to the many small towns around the lake and all of the Italian-speaking Switzerland if you travel by car. The hosts - Laura und Michele - were very nice and thoughtful people and we felt their care also in sturdy umbrellas they left in the apartment because it was supposed to rain the next day or in their suggestions of great places to visit nearby.

A Beautiful house in a beautiful village with many hiking paths starting there. The House has everything you need and more with a top notch kitchen supply, board games and a chimney as a further highlight. The Hosts are very engaged, delivering a ton of information and easy to contact. They were very flexible and generous, letting us check out later because there weren't any guests arriving on our check out date. Simply one of the best places I've ever stayed with two of the most hospitable hosts imaginable
