The location facing the sea was very relaxing. The owner met us and was very helpful. Rooms were beautifully furnished. The main house slept 6 adults and the cottage next door had room for 2 adults plus 4 bunk beds. Fitted our family of 11 perfectly. Kitchen had all the equipment necessary. The outside braii and seated fire pit were great additions . Would highly recommend this property.

Every detail of the location and the house was exceptional. From the communication received from Sam before check-in and the in person welcome from Veran. We had an amazing stay and enjoyed every minute. Still a lot of development happening in the estate but this did not have a negative impact on our stay. I do hope that the estate retains it tranquil nature once all houses have been build.

Our family had an unforgettable two-week stay at this lovely home situated in the most beautiful Fynbos area of the Cape. Fritz, our friendly host, was very responsive from the get-go. The spacious house was pristinely clean with everything in the kitchen you need to cook even a Christmas feast. All the rooms were very comfortable with great mattresses and the bathrooms very luxurious. We had lovely barbecues on the patio with even two zebras grazing on tha lawn! Our daily walks to the quiet private beach were a highlight with breathtaking views of the ocean and mountains. We always felt very safe. To unwind and truly relax we absolutely reccommend a stay at 402 Romansbaai.

The house is lovely and so are the hosts. A special mention for Irma. The house is spacious, very well equipped and homely. The views are spectacular, we even saw whales from the patio doors. Then there is the sunsets, wow! We had a lovely two night stay with our children.
