The villas are lovely and huge with access to a bath in your terrace as well as a balcony with vue in your room! There’s a pool and the restaurant’s food is delicious! Many at the reception was very friendly and helped us to book transportation and advised us on what to visit. It’s definitely the best Hotel in Phong Nah!

The rooms are beautiful and the hosts go out of their way to make you feel welcome and take care of you. We arrived late and our visit begun with them organising a car to collect us. They took care of our bags while we were on a two-day cave adventure, rented us a bike and let us have our room until late in the evening because we were getting the midnight train from Dong Hoi. The food is excellent. I cannot rate Karst Villas highly enough. Thank you, thank you.

Very good advice on how to spend the 3 days we were at Phong Nha Farmstay. Ben has also a Hotel in town (Phong Nha Villas) for those needing urban environment. Both places have really excellent vietnamese and western food !
