Located in Kailua-Kona, Affordable Luxury on One Acre offers a patio with mountain and pool views, as well as a year-round outdoor pool, sauna and hot tub.

Amazing acre of land with copious amounts of trees, flowers and fruit trees. Amazing pool and hot tub. Also has a steamroom within the shower a nice touch comfortable beds amazing facilities, fully fitted kitchen, everything you could need washing machine & tumble dryer. Sandra has catered for everything you could possibly need, including Wi-Fi & Netflix etc. Visits from Sandra’s cats & five chickens, even wild chickens, also saw wild pigs and goats, As Sandra grows lots of fruit in her garden we were able to try custard apples and fresh papaya which was Amazing, also Fresh eggs from the chickens, unfortunately we didn’t get to try the pineapples as they weren’t quite ripe. Such a shame, even the artwork on the walls was painted by Sandra herself - a Great artist

The property is very well equipped, its location is perfect! Close to the shore where one can admire the magical sunsets, and rowers passing by. The condo for a family of three felt more than enough, large I would say. We loved enjoying breakfasts on the large balcony facing the gardens. We had lots of fun in the pool with our son. The pool is greatly maintained and clean. The area is quiet as it is meant to be, and we enjoyed that a lot! Check-in and check-out were very smooth and no need to go by reception (in our case). Thank you very much for making our stay so special!
