We had the pleasure of staying at Villa Margaridi at the start of September. The location, close to Guimaraes, was perfect as was our host Jose and his colleague Hugo. Both offered welcome, information and outstanding hospitality with evening port, special green tea and an interesting tour of the historic garden. Our villa was comfortable with a beautiful view over the garden. The kitchenette was well stocked and bread and croissants arrived each morning. I do not hesitate to recommend a stay at the Villa and agree with all the positive comments made by previous guests.

Susana is a sweet, attentive, helpful hostess who talks about her quinta with a lot of love and pride. Justifiably. The accommodation is top / new located in the heart of the vineyards. It was very quiet. The quinta has a spacious parking lot. Good darkening in the room because the windows could be closed from the inside. The beds are very comfortable. It was very hygienic. Very good air conditioning for both cold and heat. Enough bath towels. The quinta is located a few meters from the highway. At 2 km from the beautiful historic center and the castle.
