Everything. The property is so amazing. Peacocks walking around. The pool area is beautiful. Everything on the entire property is so cool. It’s elevated above the ocean so you can sit and watch people surf while you drink your coffee. The sun sets right in front of the property over the ocean. Tons of different chairs and loungers to sit on. There’s a nice little food truck maybe 30 steps away from the gate that serves really good burgers. The surf spot right in front of the property has really nice beginner waves and can definitely produce some nice intermediate waves and there’s a more advanced surf spot right there aswell. If I sent anyone to Portugal I would 100% send them to Ericeira. It was by far our favourite place. The town centre is super nice and full of really good restaurants. If I sent anyone to Ericeira I would 100% send them to Ana Margarida. One of the coolest accommodations we’ve ever stayed in. The staff were so nice and helpful here. Rodrigo was the main guy helping us out he was amazing. One of the nicest people we’ve ever met. There’s lots of good surf spots nearby. Book this place!! And enjoy your trip!

Beautiful, new property with excellent facilities and location. The living spaces are lovely and bright, and we really enjoyed sitting on the balconies catching some sunshine and taking in the sea view. The kitchen is super well stocked and we found that even with our long 1 month stay we had nearly everything we could possibly want. Antonio was really kind, responsive and accommodating, regularly checking in to ensure we had everything we needed. Overall we had a wonderful time and would love to come back!

We spent a week in this beautiful house and we just enjoyed our stay there. It was easy to check-in/check-out and to contact to the host Marco, who was a very kind person, who provided us a lot of advices. The house is situated on a small hill, but quite close to Ericeira center, something like 600-700 meters from the beach, also 600 meters from the closest supermarket Continente. Yellow House is a very nice and spacey house with great living room with a nice fireplace and big TV, four bedrooms (two with big beds and two with separate beds) and full equipped kitchen (kettle, coffee machine, microwaves, washing machine, dishwasher, oven and other). In all rooms we found soft fluffy towels and in all three bathrooms we found liquid soap and shampoo and also hair dryer). Also, there is a nice outside terrace with a possibility for a BBQ and big table for a big company. It was very clean in all rooms, a lot of space for everyone, fast WIFI and in general, you can find there all you need to spend your vacation. Correspondence with the description - 200%. There was a nice welcome pack on the kitchen while we checked-in, it was so kind especially because we arrived late. Also, on the kitchen we found all we needed and much more, we did not feel like we missed something for the cooking or BBQ. We had a rented car and we did not have any trouble with parking our car outside in front of the house. If one day we decide to come back to Lisbon/Ericeira, definitely, we would like to come back to this house as we got a lot of positive emotions from it.

Wonderful House and great service online from owner! It really does have most things you will need for your stay. Overall we loved the various little seating areas both inside and outside that gave so many options to chill at! The house was new to the market so I also made some recommendations to the owner for small improvements that she has received well.

Wonderful home in the beautiful town of Ericeira.. Only a 15 minute walk to the beach and center town. Everything was very comfortable and clean. Pedro was kind and accommodating! The pool was an added perk that made the hot days refreshing. I highly recommended this home for any visitors going to visit Portugal.
