The many different places to lounge around the property were great, and the views were spectacular. I can't say enough about how wonderful everything was and the care and planning the owner took in the design and layout of the property.

Joel’s home was perfect for our stay in Rincon! It was walkable to everything (we recommend Estella) and had everything we needed. Joel met us at the property and assured we had everything we needed.

Loved the location and how comfortable the house is. Felt safe and the house is the right size for comfort. Access in an out is easy. Loved that it has a community pool and it’s clean and well kept. Overall had a great experience. I will definitely be returning.

Pelican Reef is far enough away from town (Rincon) to be quiet and peaceful and close enough to be very convenient. We loved the pool and easy access to beautiful beaches, the very friendly and helpful neighbors, the tidy condo with everything we needed, the veranda outside where we ate lots of our meals. And it's a bonus when you can walk out to the street and pick up a mango (from the ground) to ripen and then eat with your breakfast.
