Downtown Mount Cottage, villa a Mount Maunganui

Offering a garden and inner courtyard view, Downtown Mount Cottage is located in Mount Maunganui, 7.7 km from ASB Baypark Stadium and 8 km from ASB Baypark Arena.

The cottage had a wonderful location, very close to the beach and not far from the town. Parking was easy within the property gate. We could see the bay from the bedroom window, and even saw a cruise ship arrive this morning. Our hostess met us at the allotted arrival time and guided us around the property, which had everything we needed. The decking area was a real sun trap, and brilliant for drying the washing! We had a lovely walk around the Mount, and for the more energetic or fit, the views from the top of the Mount would have been wonderful. Our walk around the suited us.

Featuring a patio with garden views, a garden and barbecue facilities, Deluxe Downtown Mount Maunganui can be found in Mount Maunganui, close to Pilot Bay Beach and 6.9 km from ASB Baypark Stadium.

Everything about this property was perfect and exactly matched my expectations, in fact exceeding them. The location to the Mount’s shops and beach was just a few minutes walk. The property itself was a modern, 4 bed, 3 bathroom house, beautifully appointed, spotlessly clean, with every mid-con, and a fully stocked kitchen, laundry, bathrooms etc. The downstairs bedroom, entrance, and internal garage were all top class too. Gorgeous living room and balcony area upstairs as well…….just a joy. The host was excellent, and the rules/information very clearly and understandably posted. Real thought has gone into the presentation of this property. Well done. Everyone in our group of 7 loved this house.

The accommodation was very comfortable and clean. It was like staying in a hotel but with the conveniences of a bach. Very handy to Omanu beach and to the shops and restaurants at the Mount.
