The house was big, located 20-25 minutes walking from the city center and there was everything that was needed for an amazing stay. The beautiful views that we could see thorough the windows were amazing and breathtaking. The host was always there for us to help with any questions that we had.

It was really excellent! Our son is a train freak, so with sight on the tracks out of the window it could not have been better! The house was very clean, very comfortable and nothing was missing! The owners thought really well about the needs of the guests. First time i found a holiday home so well equiped. The house has a really nice garden with a cherrytree and a neighbour with lovely goats. We really enjoyed our stay here as a family.

They offered a nice breakfast each morning along with coffee/tea in the main reception area at all hours. The location is in the perfect spot for taking day trips to Flam, driving up the mountain or just walking around the small village. The hotel is in the heart of some of the most spectacular views of the fjord. There is even a small beach area for taking a plunge in the icy Nordic water (which we did) and it was brilliant.

It is somewhat a hike to the place from the bus/ ferry stop (beware if you walk loaded). Beautiful views open from the property grounds, the cabins, kitchen, and bathrooms were clean and tidy.
