There are farms around the area and it's great to take a walk around the area and enjoy the peace and quiet and wonderful calming surroundings. The village itself is charming and great for families. The private beach is spectacular, as are the rain forest villas. Service is highly polished. Breakfast buffet is about a mile long. Although the Datai is a big hotel there is never the feeling of being crowded, given the good selection of restaurants and seating areas to choose from.

It was truly an amazing experience which was indescribable beyond words. Staffs were friendly and very informative about the property. Kudos to Ms Sakinah and Butler Ana Anne for making our stay memorable. We really enjoy our stay in both villas that will forever etched in our memories.
