I wouldn't even know where to start. You honestly shouldn't even bother reading the reviews of this establishment because you risk other people booking it and taking your spot. Dinuka is a hospitality superstar. Three Gables is, without a doubt, the best place we've stayed in Sri Lanka. We weren't on a budget during our entire trip, but this exceeded every other place by a mile. It's private. It's clean. The staff is amazingly friendly. The food is fresh and so good. You can ask everybody anything, nothing is ever too much. Everything is done with a smile. The people who work here love their job and their country and it shows every minute of every day. We would go back to Sri Lanka again just to stay here for longer than we did. It's fantastic by any standard and we'd recommend everyone to go.

Everything was absolutely perfect! The villa doesn’t feel like a hotel at all, but more like a home. Very beautiful building, spacious rooms, nice location on an empty beach. You cannot swim right in front of the hotel because of rocks, which gives the villa this private atmosphere, but there is a wonderful beach with turtles just 10 min walk through a nice coconut tree hill 🌴 Oh, and most most caring, friendly stuff! Absolutely recommend and hope to come back soon!

We spent a few days with family and it was really great. Clean room, nice yard and kitchen where you can prepare food. The breakfast was delicious, we recommend this place and these people. In the future we are back :)

This is best best place in mirissa, I give 10 score for this villa because first time I had a experience in rooftop villa, it was amazing… room is super cute with Netflix and colorful lighting, air condition is best because in Sri Lanka don’t have air conditioning like this, super comfortable mattress with colorful linen’s are so nice. Different style bathroom is so nice, outside is nice with plants. Somehow I can’t think it is a rooftop because it’s like little heaven.. first time i had a experience i swim in the pool while raining, i love it ❤️ owner madhu is very helpful and he taking care about everything and he will provide what you need, different style breakfast he know how to make it delicious.. I’m little sad because today I leaving here but definitely one day I will come back here with my friends …

Wonderful, quiet and cozy house. Hospitable family❤️🔥 Lots of space, two separate rooms (one with air conditioning), very comfortable! When you work remotely. Very fast internet!!! Hot water. What else do you need for happiness?) A balcony where it’s nice to have breakfast. Ganga often treated us to pancakes and curry! We stayed for a whole month and want to stay even longer. If you want to live as authentically as possible and you like living close to the jungle (with all the ensuing consequences), then choose this house. But if you need European service and the absence of fauna, then it’s better to go to a hotel. Because the villa is very homely. The beach, cafes, shops can be reached on foot. The location is convenient. The hostess resolves any issues very quickly! You can order breakfast and water, which is also very convenient! we were very happy in this house ❤️🔥

The place is great, we came for 2 nights but didn’t want to leave and stayed more than a week. It’s very cozy and clean. You will find everything you need - kettle, cooker, toaster, dishwashing machine, hot water, fan in the kitchen/living room and AC in the bedroom, good wifi. An owner and his family are very nice and helpful. A villa is near the main house but you will never tell and can full enjoy the privacy. The view is nice, you can eat and work on a terrace with beautiful nature around. We loved it! There were power cuts but it was only for an hour or two a day and it wasn’t an owner fault so we are completely fine with it.

Everything was new and very clean. The bed is big and comfortable. The hosts were very welcoming and helpful. Beautiful beach close by.

Luxury boutique hotel. The staff were friendly and knowledgeable especially Roshan and the boys Kazan, rasika and abhithea were very sweet and couldn’t do enough for you. Breakfast was delicious and pool snacks good. We released baby turtles from a tiny farm run by the government ecological area to save the eggs from predators. The hotel also called us when the turtles came to lay their eggs.

The villa itself is stunning with a very quiet and clean private beach. Although the facilities are fantastic, what really makes this property is the staff. They couldn’t do enough for the guests and went above and beyond. Only four rooms so it almost felt like having our own private villa at times. The breakfast selection is excellent and we also really enjoyed our private dinner on the beach one night. If you are thinking about staying here, do it!NatalieUnited Kingdom

Some 200m away from the main road and you're almost in the middle of the tropical jungle with monkeys, squirrels, geckos on your roof. The room was spotless clean, good wireless internet. Everything was within walking distance: beach, restaurants, stores. When we arrived on a hot day, there was cold beer and water in the fridge, much appreciated !LucianRomania

Everything is so clean and lovely decorated. Breakfast was perfect! We had the best pancakes ever😍 For this price you get much more then anywhere else. Even that we stayed in luxurious accommodations , Peacock Villa was a great choice and we would come back again!

The villas are absolutely stunning and very special, completely beach front! We very much enjoyed that we could use the facilities and amazing restaurant at the Latern villa also. The food is absolutely delicious. We would highly recommend staying at Ubuntu Beach Villas and will definitely be back!!! Thanks so much Lakmal and team for making this such a special and memorable last few days of our Sri Lanken holiday 😀🙏
