We loved our stay at Sanjee Villa so much. Sanjee is such a wonderful guy. His family are incredibly friendly and Sanjee will help you with anything he can possibly do to make your stay in hikkaduwa as pleasant as possible. His wife does an excellent cooking course too. The house is excellent location close to beach but in a nice quiet area so no noise from the main road. The rooms are very nice. Spotless clean and very comfortable. The gardens are beautiful such a nice peaceful place to relax outside. So nice. Highly recommend.

This property has been our best stay in Sri Lanka so far! The house is newly built with two bedrooms - one with AC, the other with fans and a well equiped kitchen. The best feature of the house is that you can open up all doors and get a great breeze through the house. We spent a lot of time sitting outside on the porch enjoying the large outdoor garden. The house is very private and quiet, yet not far from the beach and supermarkets nearby. We felt so welcomed by the owner - he looked after us very well and helped to organise bikes and gave recommendations for spots nearby.

The villa is located in a very nice place surrounded by the jungle, close to the town and the beach. Everything was clean and the house is lovely. We had our private garden with a very nice view which makes everything very enjoyable. The owners are AMAZING! They invited us for a tea and lunch too, we felt very welcomed and really close the the culture of this amazing country. They give us a tour of their garden and we had the opportunity to taste different kinds of fruit. Don’t really now how the explain how amazing was our staying there, I can only recommend to go and try to live one of the most beautiful experience in Sri Lanka

Completely new house with 4 bedrooms, 4 big bathrooms, kitchen, living room and 10x4 meter swimming pool. Every room is air-conditioned, the host is a great young man who helped us so many times with Tuk-tuk's, wine glasses, new towels, and cleaning the house and pool. The villa is far from traffic in a completely quiet neighbourhood. The host showed his kindness and willingness to help when our van had a flat tire just a few hours from our flight home. He found a new van in 5 minutes which took us to the airport (it was 4AM in the morning).

The location is amazing. It has everything you need not further than in a 15 minutes walk. The place is very quiet, no sounds of cars or bikes can be heard. The railroad is far away so the sounds of trains are not bothering at all. The house is surrounded by bushes and flowers and there are many lovely birds and butterflies that always fly around. The house is very nicely decorated and very clean. It is cozy, has flower pots, paintings on the walls and a lovely fish tank. It is also very bright and allows working and reading with comfort. The hosts are better than one could ever expect. They are really helping and generous. They showed us around and recommended good places to buy things and to have dinner. Several times they gave us fruit or juice, which was really lovely. Every time we had a question, they responded instantly and tried to do their best to solve each problem. My husband and I work online, so we needed an extra desk and they gave in to us within two days. The hosts also suggested going on a tour with them. They took us to a river by a tea plantation with clear water, where we had a chance to swim. An excursion to a tea factory was also included and it was very interesting. We had some local fruit for lunch and visited the city of Galle. We spent two weeks at the villa and wanted to stay for longer but the villa was already booked. Thank you for great memories!
