The host is super helpful, the apartment is very cosy, heating works very well, kitchen amenities are those of a proper 'house' if you know what I mean, the bathroom is brand new, on the other hand the property is so typical Toscan one feels like in a movie while opening the shutters in the morning :) The wifi is fast and the TV screen is big if you would ever need it. The bus stop is literally just in front of the property, windows open you can hear the bus announcement. Very beautiful landscape just behind, belonging to the property, one can have very nice walks with dogs. Don't forget to visit the olives.

One double bed, two single and a small bed for a child or small adult. We were in Siena for a cycling event, this was the place to stay, relax and sleep well. Two bathrooms! The Piazza del Campo is a 20 minute walk. There is a super nice supermarket / bar at 200 meters. The host is very nice, good to reach via telephone and whatsapp and welcomed us personally with wine, cheese and Italian salami. What a warm welcome. No hiddin' fees regarding to clean, airco, heating...
