Margherita was in constant contact with us the whole stay, she and her brother were really kind to us, they gave us some recommendations and the apartment was clean an very confortable. There was a small problem with the keys of the apartment and we couldn't get inside as soon as we arrived, but we waited an hour for the problem to be fixed and Margherita was very nice to offer us breakfast for the inconvenience. It is in the small details you see they really care for you. I totally recommend this place The location was great, next to the train station that gets you downtown in just five min.

Awesome classic italian vintage vibes. Authentic Tuscany experience right outside Firenze. The street is a classic italian small size street so careful if you come by a big SUV; also the parking spots are not reserved but you will find one for sure even if its a bit further away. The most important detail is that you have a lot of mosquitos being a nature spot, so just be sure to have Autan or mosquito smoke spirals to burn.

Quiet and immersed in Tuscan landscape and architecture and yet a few minutes by foot to the tramway stop that takes you in 10 minutes to the city centre of Florence. It's not just a hotel, it's a place to enjoy. The host, Roberto, is very nice and helpful. Definitely, a great experience!

The property itself is a charming villa set in extensive grounds. It is an ideal location for visiting Florence as it is well away from the city centre, but with quick easy cheap access by train. Very helpful with booking tour guides as well. Our two bedroom apartment was huge. We loved picking fresh herbs from the gardens and using them in our cooking. Fresh eggs, olive oil, and wine sourced from the Villa were extra treats. We’ll stay there again if we’re ever near Florence.GGreggGroup

The train station was a good 15 min walk, but doable and an easy way to get to Florence or other places. They had a pool and ping pong table and even allowed us to pick fruit from their orchards. They were very friendly and helpful.
