This b&b is truly charming! The rooms are comfortably, clean and have everything you need and the views from your balcony are exceptional! The swimming pool and hot tub are beautiful with amazing views again and kept spotlessy clean. The breakfast is the best we have experienced too with everything tasting so fresh. We were bowled over by how helpful Roberta was at reception helping us with restaurant bookings, taxis and much more! All the staff go the extra mile every day but we are particularly grateful for all her help. The only slight negative is the volume of steps to reach the property. On a hot day they are quite hard going even for fitter residents BUT...We felt they were worth it for the views. We would love to stay again one day and would 100% recommend tbis beautiful b&b.

amazing location, there’s a bus stop that takes you to amalfi/positano/sorrento within a 100m walk. theres a mini supermarket just 5min walk up the stairs to the town. has a good local beach walking distance - way less crowded than the other towns. villa had stunning views, plenty of amenities and towels provided. super clean and tidy. host was lovely, she allowed us to check in earlier as we arrived there around 1pm.

As others have said, the photos don’t do it justice. The villa is amazing! We absolutely loved our stay here and we loved Praiano. We are a family of 5, with 3 older teenagers, and there was plenty of room for everyone. The views were incredible and the location was great. Agostino and Francesca are brilliant hosts and could not have been more welcoming and helpful throughout our stay. I miss it already.

Great villa-apartment in the small town of Praiano on the Amalfi coast. Very clean, fully furnished, spacious, and with all the necessary amenities. Two separate bedrooms and two separate (full) bathrooms with toilets (one bathroom is quite small, as correctly shown on the picture). The beds and pillows were surprisingly comfortable (which in our opinion is rather rare). The highlight is most certainly the amazing terrace/balcony, which offers an incredible (unrestricted) view over the sea and Amalfi coast. It offers a lot of space, a covered and an uncovered area, a big table with chairs, a couch, some sunbeds, a Weber grill…everything you need for an amazing time. The parking area was right in front of the entrance (only some stairs down). The apartment is located in a “villa-complex” of several such apartments, and offers a direct (but steep) way down to the Sea. The bus stop is right outside the gate (up the steep driveway). The communication with the host was very easy and comfortable (mostly via WhatsApp). She spoke fluent English, and was very friendly and helpful. We (2 couples) had a great time.
