Maddy house is new fully refurbished apartment in the very heart of Porto Santo Stefano. The apartment was very clean and fully equipped even with 2 bathrooms, washing machine and iron. The host Davide was very kind and was available anytime to make our stay more comfortable. The location is near to the restaurants, cafes and small market approx. 20m. The parking was possible approx. 300m from apartment. You can find small public beaches 10 mins walk from apartment. We had car, so we tried many nice beaches around (rock/sand). We really enjoyed our stay in Porto Santo Stefano, which is small and very charming town. We travelled as family with 2 kids (5 and 8 years), this destination was not overcrowded during 7/2023 and was calm with nice restaurants and cafes. There were no loud bars, pubs or parties. We had wonderful holiday stay here and we really loved Tuscany.

Wonderful sea view, calm neighbourhood. Very nice owners who were so kind to take care of pick up at Porto Santo Stefano and drop off at the station upon return. The house is tiny but all necessary stuff is available at the property. Very clean. Located on the hill, last stretch is really steep, difficult climb if you’re not fit. Need a pocket light when returning home on foot at night from down-town Porto S.Stefano, since the area is completely dark. Also, the English version on Booking doesn’t mention that there is an extra of 30EUR to pay for bed linen and of 15EUR for wifi per stay, no matter how long (see the Italian version of Booking). The cat will be yours during your stay, but is not bothering, just asking food (provided by the owner) in the morning and evening.

Wow, wow and wow. One of the best places I have ever been. The appartment has everything you need. Lot of space for all friends eg. Family. A perfect pool, a pizza oven, grill station, soccer pitch, table tennis and lot more ! The best thing is the view in the evening, the sund down is amazing. The host is avery kind person. He build this amazing building on his own and you notice that in every lovely detail.

Giovanna provided a lovely welcome. The communal pool was lovely and overall the setting in a small collection of holiday apartments was spectacular with lovely trees and shade. The views across to Giglio were stunning and swimming off the rocks in the azure sea beautiful. The holiday apartment was comfortable with excellent aircon and good wifi.

The lovely little terrace was great for people watching and viewing the luxury yachts moored opposite. We hired a boat (recommended by the host) one of our days and had a fantastic time visiting so many local beaches and swim spots. Would definitely recommend to others as it was a highlight of our stay. Check in was efficient and parking was provided a short walk away.
