The house and the garden were absolutely lovely. The air-conditioning worked well and the covered terrace kept us cool, even when it was 47 degrees outside. The property was newly renovated, perfectly clean. The host was lovely and brought us gifts from her garden. It is within walking distance to a few beaches and very close to a great little restaurant.

There is plenty of space inside and outside of the house and a dining table as well inside and outside the house. The house is well equipped and the owner is very friendly and helpful. We definitely enjoyed our stay and can fully recommend the place.

After touring 30 days in the island, Villa Aratha was the best accommodation of all. Its facilities are new and everything works perfectly (wash machine and dishwasher were very practical). It is very well located to go even on foot to the beaches of Orosei. The terrace is comfortable and well connected with the kitchen: we had breakfast every day there. The large garden of olive trees is beautiful and is ideal if you are traveling with children. Even 150m from the house there is a sale of local fruits and vegetables. Mario is an excellent host and is always available if you need anything. Thank you very much for everything, especially for the gift for our baby.
