It was a small apartment , but comfortable and clean, in the middle of the sea resort, very close to the lovely beach. The houses are under the pine tree, that was very fine especially in hot days. Pinus village is near the town Pula and archaeological park in Nora. And also close to the lovely beaches of South west of Sardinia.

Offering a garden and garden view, Villetta Pinus Village, Chia, Sardegna 30 metri dal mare is situated in Fort Village, 600 metres from Santa Margherita di Pula Beach and 15 km from Nora.

We were surprised by the great hospitality of the host. We were given some traditional specialities of the region and a small portable heater (we used the AC for heating too). The condo house is located among pines and palm trees. The view is to the hills. There is a garden with a barbecue and hammocks to relax and a place to park a car. There is a nice playground across the street. We stayed with three kids and there was enough space.

The house and the garden are simply amazing, even more beautiful than on the photos. The garden is lovely, two beaches that can be reached easily by foot are also very nice. We had a great week week in the house, the only problem… it was too short ! Thank you very much to Laura and her collegue, they have been very helpfull.
