This little house is a dream home. You have everything you need, incredibly kind host, comfortable bed, beautiful atmosphere. The house is full of details and above all super clean. The owners gave us fresh fruit from their garden and it was amazing. This is definitely our best stay in Italy so far. We will definitely be back. Thanks for everything.

This is a great apartment. Overlooking the old city walls, and a 5-10 minute walk to all the sights, restaurants, etc. It looked better than the photos, which isn’t always true! It was very comfortable and very quiet even with windows open. Special thanks to Daniela for helping us get settled and especially for arranging a taxi for our departure when we couldn’t navigate the voice mail system for booking a taxi on the weekend. We really enjoyed Ferrara and would happily stay here again.

The apartment was in a convenient location with easy street parking and close to city center. Luisa, the apartment manager, is fantastic and has made sure to provide the apartment with every necessary amenity and more for a comfortable stay. On check-in she made sure to show us everything and was always responsive to any inquiries we had. The breakfast that was included with our stay was exceptional and had many selections included. Apartment was super clean and in great condition. Strong wi-fi, great selection of channels on the TV, well stocked kitchen, comfy bed, nice shower and washing machine. Cozy sitting area out front and even two basic bicycles provided. Of all the stays we had in 3 weeks in Italy we definitely felt like this was at the top of the list for value, convenience, location, and comfort. If we are in Ferrara again for any time we will definitely be looking to see if Residenza Ducale is available.

We didn't actually stay at the Gold Maison - previous customers made sure the premises couldn't be ready. Instead the host upgraded us to their appartment in the city centre at the same price. They were absolutely great.
