Grove Cottage was one of our favorite stays during our time in Italy. The cottage is incredibly comfortable with spectacular views and thoughtful amenities throughout. The kitchen is equipped with everything you need to cook meals. Also, Leonardo sets you up with bottled water, wine, coffee, tea, fruit, etc. All of your comforts of home are provided with a thoughtful design throughout the cottage. Leonardo was available at all times for questions and concerns and is incredibly professional and nice. The outdoor space provided is gorgeous. I can't wait to come back and stay here when the weather is warmer. I highly recommend this cottage.

Great hosts, very sweet and attentive while giving us full privacy during our stay. Beautiful pool area, view and amazing house. The house is very close to the city with easy parking and plenty of great restaurants to try. This is a must visit if you want to have a true Italian experience.

A very welcoming and easygoing host. It was nice to have a full house of four rooms plus bathroom with parking and a small garden. The location is a good base for visiting Tuscany and Umbria. The host left for us many supplies for the Italian breakfast and also beverages in the fridge, milk and apples. The area is very quite. Only houses, no shop. There are mosquito nets at all windows. The bathroom and the bedrooms are big. There is an old washing machine that does its job. Although there is no air conditioning, by opening the windows on the right side of the house (depending on the hour) it was never too hot for us (early August).

Our family enjoyed the table tennis and bbq areas. A fabulous welcome aperitivo of local produce prepared for our arrival was glorious. They were so friendly and helpful in ensuring our stay was magical at Pieve Mirabella. We followed their recommendations on restaurants in the town of Città della Pieve and they did not disappoint 💕A day trip to the salt baths was lovely and the town of Orvieto is well worth a visit.
