Wow what an amazing family holiday we had in Villa Silvia. This villa was perfect for our large family of 3 generations. Outdoor kitchen was excellent everything you needed at hand. Had something for everyone. Lovely Pool, Sea at end of garden, outdoor bbq, fire pit. Gea was an excellent host who was on hand via What Apps at anytime and sorted things out for us quickly and efficiently. Met us on arrival with lovely local treats Gea even helped us get an emergency appointment at a dentist for our daughter and arrange a fabulous boat trip so good, we did it twice with other family members. Laila and Rosirio the captain were lovely people and made us feel so welcome All Gea,s recommendations we tried loved all of them Rotonda, Barone di Munchausen, Brooklyn . Cafè 113 and bar Tebi Thank you Gea we will be back ❤️ you really made our holiday

The kitchen was big and well-equipped. The huge surprise though was the private garden with pool, hot tub and fitness center, plus sea views. The house is just above a train station, but that didn't bother us. The location is ideal, near beaches and Palermo. The owners were extremely friendly and helpful, check-in was very easy. We will definitely come back.

The layout of the villa is nice, especially the outdoor kitchen - we were using it a lot. Overall outdoor area is just perfect - with large patio / pool / jacuzzi and the sea just outside of the gate. Indoors it is a nice layout with a few sitting areas (kitchen/dining/lounge) - we were just 2 families, but it would be perfectly comfortable for 10 people.

Everything was absolutly clean and the Location was just what we wanted. Marco was probobly the kindest Person you will find in Sicily and did everything he could to make our stay as comftable as possible. Organizing pick ups, renting our car and even renting a boat in less then 30 minutes he did it all. 12/10 if it where possible best vacation we had so far!!GülsünYoung couple
