Loved the location. 15 min walk to the train. 5 min to town. Stunning sunsets. Unique and charming decor, felt right at home. Gio was so accommodating and helpful with any requests. I can’t believe we are so lucky to have found this place!

Our host was fantastic! A great communicator! He is a professional chef and offered a dinner for guests one night of our stay on the terrace of his home which was great. He drove us around in his '73 VW bug convertible bug to give us an overview of the surrounding area which was beyond our expectations. We even played tennis one day with him and some of his friends on a nearby court. We were able to wash clothes which was so helpful on our 30 day European driving trip. Parking was available on site which was secure. This was a big advantage in such a small town. Bellano has a beautiful public pool with a beach, restaurant, and marina. The downtown had several restaurants and was not overrun by tourists. This accomodation (Suite castle #3) was in a great location, walking distance (flat) into town, and had beautiful views. #3 is appropriate for 2 adults who can handle steps. The AC upstairs just outside the bedroom is good for hot days. There are other accomodations on sight for a larger group.

Stunning views! Walkable to the town and ferry station. Spacious, quiet, picturesque. Our host, Giovanni, answered all of my (many) questions with patience and helped us to arrange a driver from Switzerland. He was welcoming, accommodating and helpful.

AMAZING VIEW!! stayed 1 night , nice and cosy mountain lake house . would go back again! stefano helped us get in to the apartment and we had easy access . we booked a taxi from bellano to the property ( only 5 minutes ) when we left we walked back down from the property to bellano threw a nice walk very near orrido di bellano . Very nice place to stay thank you!!

.All was fantastic! Very quet place where to stay. Apartment so clean and everything in house is good planned for convinient stay. City centre is close and its reachable by walk. Also arround is great hiking paths with georgeous views to mountains and lake landscape. Very helpfull host and nice welcoming.

Stunning views of the lake and Alps from the huge floor to ceiling picture windows in the living area, the balcony and from the bedroom. It is a pleasant 5/10 minute stroll into the village centre or the lakeside that can be done all off road on the lovely cobbled walkways that connect different parts of the village. The appartment is spacious, light, modern and clean with a balcony that runs around two sides.

The location of Bellano was more quiet and local (we liked being away from all the tourist stuff) but train and ferry to the other cities/towns were walking distance. Amazing view with loads of breakfast options in the morning, nice garden, longue chairs to relax in, a hot tub, private beach, you can rent kayaks. He showed us the quickest way to walk to the town and bus times, etc. The house is at the top of the hill, 12 minute walk down, and a 20 to 30 minute walk up depending on fitness levels. The view from the top by the accommodation is fantastic. Enzo gave us a complimentary bottle of water each, and you can help yourself to tea and coffee. There is also a fridge to use. We had stayed in room 2 "Bellano" with windows that looked over the Lake and over the sun terrace to the side. It was a great size with everything we needed. Angelo showed us around and was extremely helpful throughout our stay. Marco, the owner of the Villa was a gracious and generous host and we truly felt that we had been given 4 days in a haven of luxury and beauty!
