The house was really lovely and very comfortable. The atmosphere in the house happy and friendly. Everything was spotless and all possible equipment was provided. The location in the Comeragh Mountains and Nire Valley and easy access to the sea was ideal for all outdoor activities. There are many historic and archaeological sites within very easy driving. The farmstay cottage was exactly what it said it was. You are on a working dairy farm. It was a little tricky to find, Google came in handy. By the second day we were learning the landmarks. IghlyThe area has it's own rural beauty, and is very convenient to many historical monuments. Castles, abbeys and Cashel are under a hour away. The host Tomas, was able to take time from his busy schedule to answer any questions. We would highly recommend staying here.
