Guests can take in the views of the mountain from the patio, which also has outdoor furniture. For added privacy, the accommodation features a private entrance.

Pretty much everything is perfect. When people start to know about this villa it will be fully booked I’m sure. Property manager Ivan could not be more helpful. It’s actually better than the description.

Great villa 100 yards from the waterfront and wonderful restaurants . The communication was very good and all questions were answered really quickly. The villa itself was really relaxing in a quiet area but close to everything , it has a lovely garden and pool area whilst inside is really spacious and comfortable. What more do you need , would definitely stay again. Zaton Valiki is really quiet but that is what we wanted , nice walks fabulous swimming and snorkeling and at least 3 good restaurants . There were more but we did not try them , Knoba Capo was our favorite and in our opinion the best value .

A great villa if you want a comfortable and affordable stay near Dubrovnik. The villa can also comfortably accommodate 2 families with children (we would recommend it for 8 people), as there are 4 full-sized bedrooms. Evenings can be spent in the very large, fenced and comfortable yard of the villa, where you can safely leave your car, there are deckchairs, a large table for sitting, sun umbrellas, outdoor grill, table tennis, outdoor shower, and most importantly, a large and very clean plunge pool with night lighting :). Zaton Marina and Beach are within walking distance and Dubrovnik Old Town is also a short drive away. The host is kind and caring. We send our warmest wishes.

Villa Dubravka is an amazing location for a holiday and even better than the photos show. Zaton is a charming small town on the sea with a few good restaurants and a couple of supermarkets. The villa itself is right on the waters edge and swimming each morning in the sea was a highlight. The house is large, clean and very well equipped, especially the kitchen. We loved playing water polo in the pool and kayaking on the sea in the kayaks. Darko the owner is a lovely man and so helpful. He is always available to help or give tips on what to see / do. Thanks Darko for the loan of your beautiful house !

Sea and olives, fresh air. Zaton is a small village perfect place for a relaxing holiday but also near the city (only 10 minutes by car). Lukrecia the owner provides very useful tips for a stay in Dubrovnik. All in all wonderful apartment, very well equipped for longer stays and very suitable for children. Highly recommend staying here.

    Superb location at the end of the village , directly opposite was a small beach. Lovely views across the bay and back towards the village . Beautiful walks in the adjacent country side and out to the peninsula . Some nice , but expensive restaurants a stone throw away . Beautiful little cat that visited too .

    Location is beautiful, lovely bay. Easy walking to small supermarket and a couple of restaurants. 20 min drive in to Dubrovnik city. The villa is very spacious and the outside very generous size, Our host couldn't have been more helpful. Canoes and Kayaks were good fun. Great day trip out on a boat arranged by the hosts nephew. Wonderful to see some of the islands. Slightly reluctant to say more as we hope to book again!!

    Such a beautiful villa, in front of the sea, close to the pine forest. I loved my time there so much, felt like time slowed down a bit, would have loved to stay much longer if I could:) Nice kitchen outside, drinking water from the tap, friendly people, helpful host Darko:)

    The host was super friendly and sweet. Our sheets and towels were changed on time.We received a bottle of white wine (so kindly!). Villa Nave is super close to the beach and the town is easy to get by bus.

    Located in a quiet village a few miles out of busy Dubrovnik. The perfect haven for chilling after a day sightseeing. The private pool was a bonus and we swam even though it was early May. The apartment was super clean and well equipped. Ira and family very welcoming - thanks for gift and homemade cakes!

    It is a private villa with rooms. We had a combo with two rooms and a common bathroom. Overall, the place was quite comfortable, with a fridge in the room. Air conditioning was working well. The room were quite spacious, beds comfortable.

    Amazing location, plenty of amenities but also very peaceful, the perfect place to relax. Darko could not do enough to make us feel at home and was the best host you could ask for. The proximity to Dubrovnik meant that there was plenty to see and do but the villa was a welcome retreat for some peace. The paddle board and kayak were a great touch too.
